Monogram Resort

Horrible.stinky rooms and washrooms, nothing like a resort. Mold everywhere…wish I could give 10 negative stars. Even the bedding was not good enough for an average hotel, the bed was hard as a rock. Stay away….

Wish I could have given negative stars. Worst part are the staff and front desk manager. Absolutely arrogant. We ordered food at 2 PM and we confirmed that the food will be ready by 3. When we enquired at 3: 30, food preparation was not even started. The excuse they gave was due to sudden rush, they could not prepare food. However there were few guests before us, who also shouted on the staff due to delay in food preparation by more than 2 hours. When we started asking them questions, the kitchen staff started accumulating a day before's food and started putting those in boiling water to serve that as our lunch. We finally confronted estate manager and front desk staff. His 1st statement, if you don't want to stay get out of the property. After a lengthy spat with the estate manager and threatening them with police action, we finally decided to get out of this nonsense place. The place is quite large and lots of activities; but what's the use when the staff is so pathetic. Black mark in the absolutely awesome state of Kerala.

This is actually a club and not exactly resort.
Their outdoor activities are very good you will find several points to take very good photos.
Rooms are very disappointing, they are not even cleaned properly.
You can go their for one day stay to enjoy the club facility but not the rooms.

Excellent service with very good view.beautiful, neat and clean rooms. Lot of activities like zipline, swimming pool. Etc. Looking forward to stay again.

Had a great stay at Monogram. Friendly staff and awesome ambiance. Will definitely recommend Monogram by Voye Homes.

It was a great stay and the hospitality of the staff was top notch. I would recommend for both corporate functions as well as personal stays with family.
The activities are awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed. Will visit again.

Stayed there for 2 nights, rooms are decent, good location with lots of activities (no charges). People are nice and very helpful.

We have visited this place in oct 1 week. Very expensive, not worth it for the money. They charge very high prices for food, please don't opt specially for food

Family friendly resort. Big pool, zipline and other activities. Children park also there. I visited this place with faimily 3 times. Good customer service (Good staffs)

Very Bad Experience. Worst Service. Never Sugest nybdy to this 3 storied building (its not a resort)

We, 4 families stayed in this resort for two nights this month (March 2021).

Pros

Good location.
Nice rooms and the tariffs seem reasonable.
Staffs behaviours are good and they were extremely helpful.
They have many activities which they offered complimentary for one time to us.
Delicious breakfast was offered complimentary.
All food items are found tasty.
Restaurant prices are found reasonable for the items mentioned in the menu.
Swimming pool is ok.
They have enough space. Hence you may try to prepare Barbecue chicken or something by yourself, if any. They will support with equipment on additional cost.

Cons

No lift is there. Hence it will be difficult if you are getting rooms above 1st floor.
Price of all items is not mentioned in restaurant menu and that particular items are too costly. They charged Rs 350 per plate for fish (limited) curry meals buffet lunch which was not there in the menu. So please enquire the price before ordering.
They should be more punctual. Both days they didn’t start breakfast/lunch/dinner on time. So the guests were always disappointed by waiting. Some of them were shouting to the staff.

I stayed 2N with my family from 25th Dec. It was an excellent stay and my kid enjoyed a lot. Huge property in a middle of greenaries.

Food was amazing too.

We been there With friends and family. Very Good Place. Neat And Clean.nice staff. The Lady Manager was very responsible. I would strongly recommend this place.

Worst experience.
Not satisfied as they mentioned. Its just a club
Not fit for family atmosphere.
The amenities was not upto comfor. Especially the swimming pools and others.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 2 days. The staff was very helpful, location was good but the room per se was not very clean.the walls of the wash room was moulds, side tables were dirty, no toilet roll or no napkins in the bathroom. The surroundings however were very nice and well maintained and the staff even arranged for an early breakfast for us.

Resort is good, staff are very humble, good place to spend time with family and friends.its club which rooms for stay.

It is a decent club converted to resort and suitable for family and couples. We stayed there with family in Dec'18. Food quality and taste is good and staff is friendly. The rooms are decent and resort ambience is awesome. The swimming pool require maintenance & getting hot water consistentlyin the room is a bit concern. Overall a pleasant stay. I felt the room rent is bit at higher side may be due to year end peak season rate.
