Worst of worst never order her ordered on 8th September 2023 they are telling they will deliver the order on feb which is very late more than the timeline of 90 days i have raised consumer court please guys take a step ahead and raise it on cc

I read all such reviews but still ordered as the cost was reasonable and dress was good
But now it's totally not worth kindly order in other website

Just a fraud it's been 90 Days I still didn't receive what I ordered it's better you stop spreading false video's, very disappointing site

Worst customer service, they said 90 working days but i havent received my product yet, it is almost 5 months now. I even called them to ask about it and they told it will be dispatched in 2 weeks and after 2 weeks i called and they told to wait another week. They are saying it is not their fault and their product is still being manufactured and we have to wait more days to receive our product. I placed my order on july27 and today its dec 22.

Haven't seen bigger fraudsters than them. I placed an order from their website on 31st May 2023. In October 2023 I got tracking details of my order and then it showed delivered, while I did not receive the product. They delivered it to the wrong address. I called them and informed the issue and they checked and said me that it is some mistake from their end and they would resolve and get back. Its November 2023, they never responded and post that they don't answer to my calls as well. On continuous comments on their post they replied me saying I should contact the post office. They collect shipping charges and then tell us to arrange for the product delivery.

Honestly such fraudsters just fooling around people and now they delete my comment on their post as soon as I post. Their comments on their Instagram pages are all filtered paid reviews and comments.

Seriously Moongoodess team need to learn a better way of earning livelihood rather than cheating customers and eating with the amounts earned through such fraudulent practices.

Worst customer service I ever had. Taking 150+ days for getting a product. Will not give a single reply for the messages.

I ordered my product in the June.still not get. Such a bad online shopping experience. I never suggest this for anyone.

Worst experience. I order a product and it's been more than 4 months and now in there website the product dispatch is showing as 1 month later. I asked to cancel the order and provide refund. Still didn't received a proper reply from customer care or from their insta page.

Ordered on 29th March 2022 haven't received till date. 2 August 2022. (More than 4 months) call is not available feeling betrayed. They are not even responding to calls. They sent a mail saying order will be delivered soon. Last time they answered phone they said order will be delivered within 2 weeks.now it past again a month. Moongoddess is ultimate failure and betraying customers after money being paid. DONT FALL IN THEIR TRAP. Even they have millions of followers and customers are treated badly. Gad a great trust and respect for you at the beginning now its turned to anger.

They have a good collection of budget friendly, value for money kurtis and dresses with beautiful designs. The clothes that I have ordered from them were of good quality and stiching was also really good.

Worst ever online shopping experience I had. Don't expect delivery on time but good in giving lame excuses, took almost 50 days to deliver a Kurthi. They really don't know how to deal the customer and will never respond for message, neither call.

I had a great experience with Moon Goddess Botique.
I was in search of a boutique for designing my engagement and wedding attire. After alot of research, finally i found this boutique.
They helped me to design the best outfit based on my taste and budget. They dyed and done everything according to my taste. I'm completely satisfied with their outfits they made for my engagement and wedding.
And they had a great collections of kurtis and gown in all affordable range. From there we purchased a gown and kurti for my sis.
Guyzz i recommend this boutique to all especially brides who wishes to wear their dream dress.

I had a great experience purchasing from this boutique. They gave the exact color, design and cloth at the most reasonable price, along with a great customer service!

Really bad experience. I had given them order for my wedding gown and vale. I was asked to come to their unit and shop for more than 15 times for this single order.each time I take appointment but they reach more than one hour late. There was day on which I have waited 2 hours in their shop. Sometimes they will ask me to go back and come another day. They always tell fake excuse over delaying my order. Finaly I received my vale (payment prepaid) without completing the work.my two friends too felt same experience from them. They are very expert in canvassing customers and think customers are fools to believe their fake excuses.

Very bad experience, they wont keep their word for the order, slow delivery. They dont show the integrity to tell the truth about dispatch. Very bad attitude

Fab place. If you need a dress for any occasion and you are confused regarding the design, they are the perfect people. Easy to communicate and so hard working and dedicated people.

Good shop to purchase updated model trendy kurtis. I love to purchase from this shop bcz the same thing will get in ernakulam town but more than double the rate.reasonable& worth. Defnitely we can recomend to anyone.dealing also good.good customer service.
