Below average service, poor management
We have waited over 30 minutes for a fresh lime after had fud.short table space.overall poor experience

Customer service is not really good, only one person for handling the entire roof top restaurant area, and we have to wait for more than 20 to 30 minutes even for a lime Juice!

The food was strictly average, I tried their normal Mandi but it tasted just ok. The atmosphere is good and there is great parking space too

We had the Burnt Chicken Fried Rice, A pista Shake, Chicken Tikka and Dragon Chicken. The food was really good and tasty.

Moopans offers quality food items at affordable rate. However recently seen the service and communication from Supply staff are not upto the mark.

Even when the item is available, they asked us to wait for 1 hour for serving in my recent visit to the place.

I recently had dinner at this restaurant on a Monday, and it wasn't crowded at all. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive throughout the meal. We received our food quickly due to the lower number of customers. From the starters to the soup, chicken kondattam, and moopans chicken, everything was delicious. The alfaham deserves a special mention for being incredibly crispy and flavorful. I would definitely recommend this place.

A very good restaurant having good varieties of dishes. We had chicken biriyani and it was nice. The main thing I need to mention is that there was a wooden cradle inside the restaurant for the customers who brings their babies to the restaurant. It was very very helpful for us as we used it for our 7 months old baby. She was very happy and she allowed us to have a peaceful lunch there. Thanks for the restaurant crew for providing it. ️

Excellent food. Must try BDF and Butter Chicken. They should consider serving butter chicken boneless.

Have been a regular customer.very well behaved staff and fresh food.also food served on time without much delay.but these days felt like they are compromising the quality of food served.

None of the guys were wearing masks and the guy who was making parrotta was dripping in sweat.
Looks good from the outside and food tastes fine
But it's really unhygienic place.

Some of the non veg dishes taste great such as al faham n tandoori items.kerala meals served at noon isn't that good. Mostly crowded in weekends. Hygiene wise it's average. Could have improved utensils quality.

On the open area, the service is too weak, delayed because less staff, food is good, rate reasonable.

Decent food. I had gone there twice for takeaway (parcel). One of the times I had ordered parcel, they left out an item. They were kind enough to repay the amount for the same. Parking space available for 5-6 cars out front. Bike parking is on the side lane.

It is a very good restaurant. The price is perfect for the good and tasty food. It has roof top tables, thus enjoying cuisines under sunlight. The design and decoration is very much appreciable too. But the servicing is a bit slow when there is a rush of customers. It is on roadside of the state highway.

Food quality is average only, ambiance is good but the restaurant was filled with smoke and heat, never take a seat near to the live kitchen - extremely hot. Service also not much appreciated.

Instead beef biriyani, just average only. And found all cooks and call person those who call from the road, from Bengal/ orisa, dont think no one as professional, so they don't know authentic Kerala cuisine and taste. Quantity average only. Anyhow next time prefer to other one only. And waited for biriyani more than 20 minutes. Dark and hot feel inside dining are.

Good Food, Good Ambience and Good Service. One of the best restaurants in 101 junction. Almost all variety of Indian and Chinese cuisine are available. Usually crowded during weekends and holidays. Parking facilities are also available.

Everything is Nice. Good food, good service, good ambiance and lots of parking space. Can say without any doubts this is one of the best resturants in kottayam.

Tasty kerala style traditional dishes served at very reasonable prices. Menu is sxtraordinarily filled with taste of kottayam. Espicially the dish "pidi " is peoples favourite here. Staff is very friendly. Has got parking facility also.
So overall a very welcoming place for you to take your family to have a gud dinner.or for hanging out with your colleagues after a hectic day and have a proper dinner.

Food is good. I have tried beef biriyani, chicken biriyani and crab roast. All of them are good. But there is no enough space for customers. Most of them are 8/6 seat tables. So no privacy for 2 or 3 member family. Service is average. Friday/sat/sun evengins are very rush.

Good food some foods not to like me 1- chicken fried rice because will buy 3 times but 3 times is not good oil is more chicken fry oil is used to cooking. Fry chicken is used

Excellent food and awesome ambience. Though the place is very crowded often, the staff is friendly and does a decent job. Can't help to say again - Their food is just so delicious. Moopans has got daily specials and each item on the menu is really worth trying. Also, it has got amble parking space. The interiors are well designed with lots of family rooms to aid privacy. Overall, a must try restaurant.

Went there on a packed after noon and had no tables available. One of the guys lead us to the remaining 3 seats of the table in which a family was already having their food and was almost done. And two minutes later they asked us to move to a different table that will be available soon because 11 "foreigners" came and apparently they reserved it in the morning. Then while waiting on the new table to be cleaned, this hindi speaking man asked us to go back to the first table again! We refused and a guy with more authority came and asked us to go back. We did. So the hospitality and the coordination, that's uncomfortable. Giving the 2 stars because the food was good.

Nice food and cheap when compared to similar class restaurants.must try for those who travel from ettumanoor to kottayam, sure it won't disappoint you.

Awesome restaurant for night eat outs will actively open after 12 midnight too. So many varieties of food availabe even after night time
