More Supermarket

For the first time in seeing a Mor supermarket having lesser items to sell, their cold drink refrigerator is just empty.the chocolate section has just 2-3 varieties of chocolate, moreover they don't even have a dairy milk which is the most common one.the drinks available there are placed at racks that too I never heard of, Also i recommend to check the expiry of the products you purchasing. I recently bought a Britannia cake it tasted funny and when i checked the expiry it had been expired for past 2months. Even worst I got sick and at bed rest. Rather goin here I prefer Gourmet supermarket, and there's rosary supermarket near to it.has tons of items and choices in good quality as well.

On 8th of March 2023 I was on my way to work. I travel by bike. I was in a hurry. I needed a shoe polish and so on the way I found a grocery store called “More Supermarket” in Pachalam Kochi Kerala. As I entered the supermarket I asked the staff whether they have black shoe polish they gave me instructions as to where it is and another staff called me “Robber”. I was shocked and shattered that this lady is calling me a robber. I told her this is not the way to speak to a customer.she said sorry for what she had told. I left the place.thank you for everything I will not visit your store anytime in my life.

Good shop eventhough space is less. Accepts Sodexo cards even for delivery to home. Staffs are courteous to carry heavy items like rice bags to car parked outside.

They close billing counters when crowd reduces. Have to always wait for billing no matter the time of day. Same goes with parking. They should do something about speedy exit of vehicles. Sometimes has to wait half an hour to get out of here.

Almost all items are available. Only draw back is billing handled by only 1 guy most of the time billing take min 10min.

Easy fecility for quick shopping and there is little parking spaces.groceries and vegetables are available at affordable prices.all types of transaction will be admitted

It use to be the only supermarket in pachalam locality and use to have all required items. However, with many better spaced supermarkets coming in MORE couldn't leave upto the expectation. Yes, price wise MORE is still atleast a rs cheaper than all other supermarkets in the locality. But the range of products is limited.

Service came down. Offers are very less. No parking facility. Staff service poor. Time taken for billing poor. It's very costly overall.

Usually visits this place only for Fruits especially mangoes. The billing is too slow. N no space for customers to wait in queue w/o touching each other during this pandemic

More Supermarket serves good quality fresh vegetables and fruits, and all other products and goods are really good and also the service guys are really helpful and good customer service, billing section people are also giving good service, and parking they are having very good space overall the more supermarket is very good for buying goods product

Not that happy with the pricing and the staff there but the good quality of vegetables available on certain days of offer.thursdays and Saturdays I guess.

Great place for monthly shopping of groceries.
Accepts Sodexo cards a rarity in this Mini-Metro Kochi

Here is a good, friendly, helpful staff who always helps in getting one of their gifts or vouchers and they have the scheme most of the time.won't find such discounts even in the grossly overrated Lulu Hypermarket

Only problem is with the parking, although till now never faced any parking issues.but if customers increase parking will be an issue.

Wishing them good business and Pray that they continue with their business and their discount schemes until we are in this city.
