The cashiers are very slow and unprofessional. Some items were not added in their system so we had to bring another item. When we asked why that was the case, the staff had no idea about how their system works.
Good place to buy items at a reasonable rate especially fruits with offers and discounts. I would suggest making all the billing counters operational so that long queues can be avoided.
Better discounts on food items. But the cash counter needs to speed up the billing process. Every time we go they take a lot of time to scan the items.
Most horrible supermarket in town. The staffs are very rude. Everytime the counter won't have a biling person and they will make customers wait for long even when there are a very few customers in the shop.
Great place for fresh vegetables but the staff is lazy and all from 17 century. You can't find someone at the cash counter even store is full of customers lazy staff never consider customers who need to shop fast.
Many items we need are not available. Forced to take what is there on the shelf. There are 3 billing counters but I've seen only one operational most of the times even if there is a queue. Had much better experiences from other MORE stores.
It's good, convenient. Takes a lot of time at the counter, I don't know why there's always just 1 counter open when there's 3. There's no shortage of staff everyone is helpful.
Very bad customer service and store policy.eggs have been fully stacked in row very tightly, while taking it one packet fell down and one egg broken. I have to pay for the whole pack and staff it says store policy. Normally anywhere in supermarket anything happens inside the store get replaced by store itself for customer satisfaction.i think its time to change the store policy. Not happy at all.
