I have been a loyal customer of this outlet for several years mainly because of its proximity to my residence. Over the last few months, there have been noticeable changes due to management changes or whatever. The whole place is shabby and I could spot rotting fruits sometimes. Top selling local produce like Milma ghee have completely vanished and the staff offer no answers. It makes me wonder what prevents us from supporting our local products.

More Panampilly Nagar is quite good. You sometimes get good deals on some products. It seems they have no photo and videos policy inside the store.

Every time you buy anything from here, check the bill, there is 80% chance that you will have an incorrect item amount as compared to the price displayed from where you took. Go and help some small traders than spending money here

Just a typical hypermarket and you get 'almost' everything. There is nothing much special about this or to like about it. However, what's disappointing is the space inside. I felt it was too congested, but I understand real estate is not cheap.
