Very bad customer service. The billing section staffs are very irresponsible.

Also everything is overpriced there especially fruits and vegetables. They are charging very high prices than what it get in normal shops, including other supermarkets in the city.

Decent selection of products. Produce, especially fruits, is not so good. Unfortunately, you do find the odd unruly customer (അലവലാതി).

The staffs behaviour towards the customer is very rude.
Either provide them adequate training to behave properly towards the customers or face the consequences of losing your customers.

I really had a very bad experience from the store. We felt really bad, as the staffs over there was disrespectful towards the customers.they were literally rude towards us. This types of attitudes should be put to an end or else face the consequences of losing your customers.

Good marriage hall accomodate around 400 people and spacious dining hall. It was located in busy palanganatham area. No lift available

Traditionally a branch of a well organized business like more super market will be at the forefront serve the society.

No products, no customer responsiveness and abundant short changing. Fraudulent employees who are rude and not helpful. They shortchange customers and round off even 0.09 paise to the next rupee. And if you question them, they start ridiculing you. Stopped this store and now only shop at Sauparnika or Arvee where the rates are better, the products are fresher and the customer service is par excellence.

Shop won't open properly even at 9: 15 am. Vegetables won't be arranged.the cleaning staffs will be still cleaning the shop at this tym. I have never gone to a branded retail supermarket with this poor management. Thanks for wasting my precious tym in the morning waiting for the staffs to arrange the
vegetables and fruits.

More group please make sure that all ur retail shops are managed properly. Staffs can be better at customer service too.

The sales girls are forcing the customer to take more items to get discount. Any item if taken one then no discount if more than one then there is discount.

A good option store in the town, but cannot compare to a supermarket elsewhere. You get whatever you need though

Nice supermarket in the town with all day to day items available. Fruit and vegetables are also mostly fresh.

I am not person who posts any bad or good about any stores but today i really had a bad experience from the store. The staffs there were really rude especially a lady staff. There are better stores nearby your stores.

Good super market and give better offers to the consumers. Only problem is the parking spot especially when raining the front of the shop will be waterlogged.

Fruits and vegetables are fresh. They are a bit negligent about the expiry date of some of the food items here. So it is safe to chrck the expiry item before buying something. I am a frequent visitor here, and most days the counter staff are fine. However there are some days when they dont use the usual staff at the checkout counter. These temporary checkout counter staff are very rude and inconsiderate especially to old people. (This particular time i saw this lady who was not a regular at the counter, ill treating an elderly gentlemen, just because he was making sure that everything he bought was billed properly. Ironically he did find out that he was billed extra for something he did not buy and he pointed out the mistake to the lady politely. The lady did not accept her mistake and continued to be rude to him and was overall in a bad mood.) it would be great if better training was provided to such staff.

The Apple I have purchased day before yesteday from More Mavelikara has found totally bad, decayed ans black colour inside while cutting. All are alerted for keeping away from fruit items

In a small town like Haripad, its good but not that great. There are not much options to choose from. You have to be content with what is available.

Staff is cooperative and well mannered.
Having a good stock of all necessary grocery items.

Probably the least professional More supermarket I have been to, but it's getting better.very slowly.

Staff just can't care about the people who visit the shop. Initially there used to be some bad behaviour.now that they don't care about you, there is no scope for behaving badly?

Good supermarket. Vegetable here are very fresh and good quality, try to get them early in the day.
