More Supermarket

Attitude of people in the store is bad.

Once I went and asked for family pack ice cream one lady said not available.

But when I looked in the refrigerator it was available. When I asked about it to the same lady she is saying it is costly so I said not available!

What an attitude!

Nice supermarket in a less area. All products which i want was there. Parking area is also less. But i loved it ️

There's nothing MORE to talk about MORE, from products to staff it's absolutely LESS, not worth writing about anything.

Pretty decent place. You can find almost eveything here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only real issue with this place is their lack of car parking space.

Not clean. Staff not customer friendly, i think management is not bothered about future of shop.

Has many offers but will never find all your grocery requirement available at the same time. It's always the case that I have to stop at another local shop to purchase the remaining of my items. Basic items like Maida can be missing from there shelf

Never go for online purchase.if at all you call them several times to confirm the home delivery they won't give you an idea. Instead they would say that they shall get back to you with the info, but never call back. Also never expect home delivery from them.worst experience ever had with more supermarket. Irresponsible and non responsive.there are other supermarkets in kottayam that offer timely service

The items on display are not arranged properly towards the rear end of the store. The staff are helpful, during in store purchases. But, if you ask for home delivery they often come up with some constraints.

This more is ok but very clumsy, also a very limited parking space
There is one more More which is a KM away from this and that's pretty spacious and also have a good parking space

Staff's behave was very poor (also phone 'a' staff). They have to understand that, it is not only a sale, it is also a service atleast in this pandemic situation. It is difficult for them to deliver, goods below 500rs, in 1 km, including a pack of sanitary napkin. They are not promised people because, when I called them for my order they are agreeable with my ordered amount and distence. Some few hours later they called me back and told me that they can't deliver this goods.

Regular costumer of MORE. They offering gift for this month 2000 above purchasing. Today I had purchased 3000 above, i didn't get gift.but why? Anyone responsible?

Good for buying daily items, but for monthly grocery i prefer big bazar (lot of more options and price is less)

First stop for basic necessities for people living in the locality. The staff are a mixed baggage though with some very friendly and others outright rude.

A lot packed into a small more store. Staff are mostly busy doing their own thing, but they'll drag themselves around to you to answer your questions if you go find and call them.

Good but parking is an issue now a days. Some products are cheap.and some are costly. So while buying products you have to know the basic rates on each day.

This is the best place if you want to buy fruits. They always have the good ones. They open on Sundays which is very convenient. But I think they're kind of short staffed. Because at any given point of time they'll have only a maximum of 2 billing counters open even though there are 4. It takes too long to bill.

Most of the Items are available. But the customer service is poor. Also feel the place is understaffed. Must need service improvement!

The main highlights of the store is that you get vegetables for cheap price on Tuesdays. But the rest of the items aren't that cheap even though they are a big brand. The parking is a bit difficult but u can park on the roadside. Also the vegetables aren't available 24*7. There is a chance that they are short on it. It's a big branded shop but not much in here. Gmart and sugar & spice are better compared to it. They could have made it better. The staff and everyone is nice. Over all you can get an okay shopping experience. Not anything more
