All over experience is good.
The staff is very supportive and food is amazing.
The morning buffet is good and they have customised food for us as per our requirement

It's a nice calm and quiet place with nice accommodation.we can find the rooms at a reasonable price in the Kochi.really poket friendly.

Last week we are stayed the Hotel Park residency hotel, Neat and clean rooms, Staff's are very nice and friendly, Valuable rooms for family and business people, and friends team. Very much satisfied. Tks.

After booking a room here and paying cash, when you go there, OYO says it has been canceled, just to waste your time and ക്യാഷ്

Very bad bad and once again bad! We booked this hotel through agoda and made the payment even. Am from Netherlands and my friend is from Sri Lanka. By arriving they didnt allowed us because we are not indians. And they are very sure they did mention...

Had problem with the flush in room & also there was no air conditioning even though they said it is an air conditioned room while we booked

We went here for dine in and it has the worst quality food zero value for money no quantity no quality taste is average the restaurant looks fancy but not at all worthy

One of the worst hotel in Kochi. Ac's were not working. Rooms full of mosquitos. From outside, it looks good but rooms seems to be quite old.

I had food from this place on 2 April, 2023 by around 9: 30. First of all, food took lot of time to deliver. The tandoori chicken was not properly cooked and could see blood inside. I bought a half alfam parcel from this place and the photo of attached...

Its basically a beer parlour. For family having food there is only one room. Menu is limited.limited staff. They are good but there is a limit for them. For drinking been visit the place. For family having food I don't recommend
