I could say much as a Mall concept, I went to the supermarket only.
Pros
Staff behavior
You will get all the home commodities for daily needs
It's never to the highway
Not much rush (maybe the day which I went)
They accept Sodexo even (in this locality I haven't found any)

Cons
Pricing is not that superb
Brand choices are bit limited

Lot of parking space for more than 100 cars
You will always get parking

Good food. But waiting time is much. Nice atmosphere and helpful staffs.

Its just half km from taliparamba town.
Near Lourd hospital.
Everything under single building.
