Ample parking space. A well maintained theatre for Fort Kochi folks. No need to venture into city for movies.

Screen is in a long distance from the seating arrangement.

Theatre systems almost ok.but juice and snacks bar availability is very poor and not enough items there always.

Usha Theatre offers a nice atmosphere, good visual treat and auditory experience, after its renovation. The minor inconvenience I faced here is the limited parking availability.

The theater is located on the side of a very narrow road and parking space is very less. It is not a good theatre to take such a risk, Alakkode film city and SJ Cinemas Ulikkal are better than this.
