Mubarak Hotel

Tiny place in a congested street but with tasty food. Highly recommended if you like kerala rice (matta rice).

This is a hotel with a lot of history. I often visited this hotel since my childhood with my parents.

If you are looking for meals with good fish curry, kappa and fish fry, this is one of the best spots in Trivandrum. They have tuna and prawns fry most of the day.

The hotel is crowded most of the time and you may need to wait to get seats there. Try to reach before 2.30 p.m or else some of the items may be finished.

Nothing Special. Went there with lot of expectations hearing all the hype. It's not hygiene. It's crowded. Food is below average. Forgettable Service.

Good quantity, had fish and prawns and rice platter was really simple with average taste, fish curry had better taste above all. Quite okay for a good one time visit.

Disapointing fare. Where has the taste, twhich made us wait for half an hour to get seats twenty years back, gone? The most shocking declind is the quality of fish curry. It is just a liquid with red chilly. Saving grace is that you can get some seafood options: prawns, para, choora, avoli, nemmeen, etc. Still, no where near the old taste.

Tasty fish items. But washing area is not hygine. No liquid soap available! Need to wash hand with dirty soap bar. So bring your own soap or liquid.

Taste and quantity of food is good.very affordable price for all.no car parking, over crowded, and no proper serving systems is the main disadvantage.

Quality and taste of food is average as compared to before, i have visited many times there, now just feel like ordinary hotel serving big quantity of fish (they will charge u depending its quantity).

Delectable. My first visit, but won't be my last. Had a rice meal with fish curry and fried mackerel and tuna. Delicious. Very spartan seating. Frrequented only by men atleast when i went there for dinner.

While we are at tvm, Mubarak is the only place where we can have homely like meals. The rate of dishes is less when compared to the quantity and quality of the fish they serve️ I love this place

Actually an overrated place. Average meals with normal fish items. They serve two three kinds of fish fries with good quantity. But taste is average. Place is crowded and humid. Don't even try to go with a CAR as it is inside chala market. For seafood it's better to go vizhinjam area.

One of the best restaurant in trivandrum for the seafood lovers, we get only meals and seafood from here.we get prawn roast and fish fry, i highly recommend this place to try out the most tastiest authentic kerala meals especially try that with the prawn roast well cooked and it was so tasty and try choora fish fry also.
