Munnar Mansion

Midnight 1am they knocked my room without any reasons and worth Behaviour that manager david don’t take that they suggested package or anything

Bad smell coming in the room. I booked 2 rooms, both rooms and the bathroom were not clean. No response from the mansion side, Not good for family and couples, they are giving rooms to the worst bachelors they are drinking, smoking and fighting in the night. I felt no safety in this mansion.

Avoid this hotel. Completely avoid. All zoot people are running this. They will say tv is working, but afterwards they say there is no signal. For two days they said there is signal problem.
They even don't provide ordinary drinking water. Their every room has some problem. I changed two rooms. Some room geezer is not working, somewhere no water, some room lock not proper. No view.

Don't book this hotel. No room is proper. I changed three rooms, somewhere gizer not working, somewhere no water, somewhere bed was broken.rooms are dirty. No fan, no view. They don't provide. They dont give remote unless you request them 3_4 times. The staff drink liquior on duty. They are liers.

One of the worst hotel is MUNNAR MANSION I have ever seen in my life. The facilities which is written in the apps completely fake. Even they'll not provide single bottle of water. Dirty damped room with dirty bedcovers. And the most important thing is "the manager "of the hotel, looks like " Gunde" - extreamly rude. He khows everything but pretends like don't know anything. Please don't go to MUNNAR MANSION it'll destroy your vacation.

I took a room on April 2023 for ₹1900 (4adults). The room is near munnar town but they don't provide a parking space. Only one car can parked in their parking space at a time (parking 1/5). I booked this room through goibibo app. They didn't provide any amenities mentioned (wifi, mineral water, soap etc). Hot water was available round the clock. Bathroom is clean. Rooom was very small for 4 people. I think for ₹1900 the room was not worthy

Room is good need to improve. Love the hotel and service is 5 star and all the staff are Coparetive. It is located at the center of munnar. Easy access to the munnar market. Car parking are not available but they will arrange parking. Budget friendly

I'm not a guest of this hotel, but i had oppotunity to get to know service.
Today unfortunatelly I've got leeches on my foot. They without consideration help me.
I Belize that good people make good places.

Pretty good for stay. Situated in proper munnar town but doesn't have any hillside view. They don't have own resturant but you can bring outside food in your room. Only caveat was that we went there is season and had to pay higher than average price.

Best Hotel experience in Munnar, Good and humble staff behavior, Clean and maintained property, in the munnar Town itself, easy to travel all around.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Even staff people helped us with many things. They are very cooperative. We wl surely visit again next time. Thank you so much

We loved every thing this hotel. Rooms were clean, beds were extremly comfortable. Staffs were amazing. Loved our two nights stay here and would definitely return if in the area. Highly recommend it. The manager is very good man.

This place is waste. They should maintain the room properly. The room walls are damp. They should repair it. The rooms should be deep cleaned. I should have taken pictures but unfortunately I haven't found time.

Important thing- on goibibo it's mentioned that they provide laundry service. But in fact they don't provide any laundry service

Munnar mansion, value for money, staff and manager are very friendly, hotel is very clean. Overall ok experience located at the city center. Good stay. Stay safe

No parking. Narrow stairs, no lift. Surrounding are not good. Congested area.

Very nice place to stay at Munnar, Easily accessible to bus station, They didn’t bother me at all and Staffs were very nice, They provide wifi facility which was great for that place where lack of mobile network coverage.

Munnar Mansion is good place to stay when you are staying in munnar. It is close to munnar market and at a good location. The rooms are all spacious and very cheap comparative to other nearby hotels. Staff people are good and very cooperative. You will also get free WiFi l. There is no disturbance at all.

Best hotel in munnar town with moderate price. Rooms and toilet look very clean totally worth for money. Its well suited for family and married couples.

Rooms are ok, water heaters are not proper. Floor dosent has carpet which makes difficult to walk on it barefoot. Bed sheets are not washed. Won't find any scenic view from window.y Very near to ksrtc bus stop. Has good local shopping near by. 900rs for extended stay 8am to 12pm next day

Very cosy place. Friendly staff and location is near 3 minutes from main market area. Do try shree my bhojanalaya for pure vegetarian food nearby.

Good if you’re low on budget.

When we booked, the online vendor showed that it had many facilities like wifi, free breakfast etc, but it did not have those. It’s just a two floor building with small rooms for 2-3 people each. About the breakfast thing, they provide breakfast but in a very small food corner which is very unhygienic.

About wifi, the hotel did not have wifi which was the biggest problem for us there. They refused to provide their own wifi address even when we needed it for emergency.

Not so good experience if you’re looking for a good stay. But if you’re on low budget, then you can give the hotel a try
