Munnar villas suryaneli wood resort

If you have a big team, this will be the best place to stay. Rooms are big and spacious. We booked a 3bhk and 2 bhk and could easily relax for 17 members (5 families). Bathrooms were also clean and spacious. Much cheaper compared to other hotels during peak season. The owner is a very nice person and very openly mentioned all the facilities and shared photos before booking. He helped to get the kolukkumala jeep trip arranged and the drivers were very good and supporting. The caretaker Fazal is a very nice guy and was very supportive. Food is of limited options and was all discussed during booking. Had Chappathi, chicken curry, chicken 65 and ghee rice for dinner. If you don't want it as spicy, pls mention. For breakfast had idli, sambar, chadni, boiled egg and tea. Food was decent. Surrounded by tea estate and could make a good walk around. The 2bhk is having wooden panelling and looks very good and saves from intense cold climate. The food is served in the hall itself and is much spacious. As this place is preferred by bachelors too please check while booking. Overall had a very good stay. Would definitely visit here again.

The view from the balcony was the highlight of the stay. Rooms was cool, exept the wastage of water in the washrooms.

Service should improve, other than that everything is good. And camp fire timing should be before dinner not after dinner ‍️

If u want Pleasant stay with stunning view along with tasty food must visit this place. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful and lovely place. The receptionist Fazal he is very nice Guy treated our group as his family. The Food was also nice. The other workers in that resort make our stay very very comfortable ️

Rooms were good and spacious but there were no room amenities. The view was good but the only thing I felt bad about was the service.

Munnar villa, nestled amidst lush tea Gardens gives a gorgeous view of pristine nature. The tranquil ambience soothes every one's mind and body with vigour and vitality. The stay was memorable with the impeccable and courteous service of the resort personnel. Interiors maintained neat and tidy. The bonfire arrangements were also good. Foods served sumptuously. Altogether it was a rejuvenating experience.

Awesome resort for stay. Best in suryanelli. Everyone is kind. The scenic around resort is mind blowing.

It is a prime location in Suryanelli. Cottages are at the centre of the tea estate. Owner and employees are very kind and really helpful providing service at night time as well. Our 3 Bhk room was completely surrounded by mist. You can spend all day in the cottage enjoying the tea estate and mist.

Best vibrant stay so far in my life.
It's location is the most beautiful aspect of this villas. Suitable for family, couples, and students. If members are more they provide extra bed as per the need. Jeep safari to kolukkumalai can be opted from this villa for which we've to pay separately.

Its a great experience to stay and the mountain views from balcony are awesome its really feel good and ctrl+F5 for our soul

Worst hospitality,
No water heater working.
Whatever committed not followed. Hard to get single blanket for each head as they provided one blanket for double bed.
Food worst taste and kids it will not suite.
Food is not as per package commited as they provided their own and we have to eat the same.

Worst experience ever, Those staffs for management Are THE WORST people who dont even know basic manners in treating their customers who travel long to stay in their property, The food was not Good At all, People visiting munnar, Please find Better places to Stay!

Specially the interiors, resort facilities, Ambiance, and very good services with good hospitality
And Other Most Special thing was food. Its like ultimate authentic taste they are serving neat and Good foods anyway.
Overall It was great experience. I suggested this Place currently more than 20 peoples from my side.

Staying in this vwood house made our trip so memorable. Good room serives and food. This place is more suitable for family staying and honeymoon trip.

Fantastic and serene location for your getaway. This place is amidst tea plantations and is very close to Suryanelli Town. The place is very clean and tidy & staff were helpful. They also prepared homemade food for us which is worth a special mention.
Also, this place is very near to the Kolukkumalai tea estate and a Jeep safari to the top for the sunrise is recommended if you're staying in this town.

Mesmerizing views of tea estates and beautiful location of these wooden villas. Rooms and bathrooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and very approachable. Everything went well until we were informed that there is no in-house cook available and food was purchased from nearby restaurant. A group of 6 vegetarians, with no other option for food, we had to prepare our own evening snacks and dinner in the resort kitchen. It was a different experience for us. I would recommend that you check the cook’s availability before booking.

Nice and calm resort surrounded by greenery of tea estate. Rooms interior & exterior are full of wood which makes the resort more special.

I booked three rooms at New Year. But unfortunately we didn't go. I inform 3 days before the cancellation they changed Rs1500 from me. The reason of cancellation is there any restaurant and construction not completely.
