Muthoot Hospitals Kozhencherry

I'm so happy to share my experience at Muthoot Hospital Kozhencherry. Special mention to the emergency department who were offering top notch services to all the patients seeming emergency treatment. I'am one among them who got adequate care which helped me for a speedy recovery. Nursing staffs, Doctors and all other supporting staffs are providing selfless services which make this department even more special.

Muthoot running this as a money making business, they are not even ready to listen there patients. Today came to consult one doctor, parking lot they have enough space, but they are not allowing to park, we need to go 500 metre outside the hospital. Same time one patient came [ above 70] they behaved same. Then I came to cro [ customere relation officer ] to complaint this, there are two officers they are not even ready to listen

My mother was admitted in the hospital following a neurosurgery. I would to say big thanks to everyone to support us.

Having travelled more than halfway across the world specifically for physiotherapy treatment for my ankle, I had great expectations and hopes for my recovery. ICU facilities and treatments were great. All together, the patient care and service was great.

My father was admitted in neuro surgery ICU for a week, we received excellent care from doctors and nurses, they updated us time to time, all staffs were helpful, friendly and polite … highly appreciated their work, special thanks to Dr Arun, Dr Jeo, sister Annie, Jolly, Festin etc…, thank you

Very good services from the nurse and doctor.
As we went for an emergency, the nurses @ emergency were very cooperative, especially the nurse Neethu S Nair was very helpful. Thanks to everyone for taking care
and pediatric doctors were also very friendly to my child, she had an infection after reaching Kerala.
Only the Pharmacy has not maintained a good procedure, have to wait for a long time to get medicines.
Kindly make the pharmacy procedure and keep some active staff @pharamcy.

In the emergency ward of muthoot hospital I got the better care and treatment I'Am satisfied, specially thanks for the Dr fazeel and nursing stafff athuliya and kesiyav for valuable care thank you

Treating doctors are good, but nursing care, patients room are relly dirty and 50 years old model bed and furniture are discusting, if u get discharge hazels in the billing will be up to night, and behavior of billing staffs are really irritating

Worst hospital. No understanding between doctor and staff. Doctor prescription and treatment done in wrong way by the staff. Don't recommend for any one.

Iam very thankful to this hospital and Dr Abraham Mathew for curing my father's health problem with his skillful treatment. I really appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment, especially MG 2 staff members.

Un attended hospita parking at night. No light in the hospital parking, may be because of shortage of money, all customers must contribute, sooooo bad
Bed and furniture are 50 years back old,

This used to be a good hospital but current status is pathetic
1. Poorly maintaines rooms
2. Substandard doctors and treatment. Seema like doctors are no way intrested
3. Discharge process takes long time.late evening

Long hours of waiting in the medicine counter.
They are making patients to wait for more than 1hrs to get the medicine.
They are not giving any consideration to the patients.
Even though the number of patients are less, they are making patients to wait.
Patients are already tired and they are again making us to wait!

Irresponsible phone operators
Dialed 10 times and attended one call. Transferred to PRO but didn't attend. Either remove the enquiry number or the operators for god sake. People are contacting you to know about their loved ones admitted there or to know about any "facilities". For sure, you are not doing any services.

Met with psychiatrist today. Seems good. Crowded queue for taken appointment consultation. If wish it was easy to do online and make payment online. Toilets could be more clean. Else all okay. Also there is no psychologist here at hospital.

Bad experience, no timing no punchuality, we have appointment with Paediatrician dr reny joseph, we came early but doc went for rounds, waiting 4hrs with newborn baby,

Hospital staff are friendly. However management should more focus on meals served at hospital canteen. Below average standard of food that too costs very high. Suggest food to be taken outside hospital premises if practicable.

Worst experience. Taking three hours and more for getting medicine from medicine department. No one is responsible. No enough staffs for medical billing and supply. Patience are more suffering to get medicines.

From 22/08/2022 to 30/08/2022. The services and care provided by the staffs are excellent. I got better care and knowledge regarding my health and proper guidance for upcoming days.
Room, toilets and ambience are good and well maintained.

Bad service. Some staff are very rude & they also never pick the phone for booking appointments. It is also unnecessarily expensive by doing unwanted blood tests. Not good care for elderly. There is no proper management

From Andhara Pradesh, My mother Dhanamma P was knee replacement Operation admitted in 4th floor, under the care of Dr. Murali Krishan and Dr. Andah Treatment and care really appreciated. Nursing care also was really wonderful and great services. Thank you for all service.

Coster than multi-speciality hospital with bad facility and non professional staffs. Maximum they utilising the patients.

Came here for just a TMT test done for my dad.reached by 10 am and time when TMT started was 2: 30 pm.the doctor arrived after 12: 30 pm, then we were told although we came first there is a group which has taken executive health checkup package so they will be given first preference.ok i understand that selling packages is good business for hospitals but this hospital has no value of time. I will avoid this place as much i can and will not recommend unless you have no other option

My childhood friend is admitted in this hospital in Nero ICU. Jest I ask his bystander phone no. For knowing his present situation.but the authority is not ready to give his phone number.

I have visited Muthoot for my kid. In terms of service I felt good where the employees are friendly and cooperative. When it came to billing the receptionist told that we will not accept credit cards. So I did Google pay and shown the confirmation message for payment. Then she was calling somebody to confirm the payment and took some time for payment confirmation and I was waiting there. Later after consulting I saw a board infront of pharmacy stating that "WE ACCEPT ONLY DEBIT CARDS " this is something which not acceptable being a speciality hospital and they are not accepting credit cards. I have been to many speciality and super speciality hospitals in Kerala as well as in Bangalore and this is the first experience that a credit card is denied. So I recommend those who are visiting Muthoot Pathanamthitta, not sure about kozhencherry Muthoot, should carry liquid cash or a debit card for smooth and hassle free payment experience

Worst hospital and administration in kozencherry. Came here for vaccination with cowin appointment, the staff refused to give vaccination as there where only 4 ppl in the queue. We waited more than 1.5 hrs before the staff informed us about this rule. If this is the case then why open slots for vaccination. There are many hospitals with better run vaccine drives. All 4 people in the queue left without vaccination even after an appointment.

Wasted an entire afternoon and chance for vaccination. This is exactly why Kerala is having the highest covid rates because hospitals are refusing vaccinations.

The appoinment fee for a visit is 280 rs or else we have to wait the whole day, doctors have no ethic values and treats patients like some lower class people, doctors and staff are just so bossy and have no ethic values to serve people
