Here I am admitted for umbilical hernia surgery under Dr. Jinu (Laparoscopic surgeon) 6th oct the surgery was done. Me and my family totally satisfied with the services. Over all services in 3rd floor fully satisfied and the Patient care executives visited daily and discharge procedure was done smoothly.

Emergency scan referred from government hospital pathanamthitta (strock icu), patient has wait more than 2 hr. Nurse not ready to consider emergency Patient,
patient has reached before 11 am but nurses has not ready to considered she called as her wish. Please educate the nurse the meaning of EMERGENCY.

I had a disappointing experience at Muthooth Hospital in Pathanamthitta. While Dr. Jinu and Dr. Karthika provided good treatment, it's evident that Muthooth Hospital prioritizes profit over patient care. In emergency situations, it becomes the go-to choice due to limited alternatives in the area. However, the hospital's cleanliness and nursing care left much to be desired. It's concerning that the focus appears solely on making money. From my experience, it seems many admitted patients share this concern. It's disheartening to witness how emotions are sometimes exploited for financial gain. I sincerely hope that Muthooth Hospital can reevaluate its priorities and improve its services for the well-being of its patients.

I had a great experience with Dr. Karthika Prasad at Muthoot Hospital in Pathanamthitta. She is a skilled pulmonologist who took the time to listen to my concerns and provided effective treatment. I appreciate her care and recommend her to others.

Went to Muthoot hospital, Pathanamthitta for my father's treatment. His physician, Dr. Jibu is true to his profession, compassionate to the patients and has a heart of understanding and the nurses on the fourth floor were very friendly, prompt and professional in their duties. My dad who is 80-years-old was admitted in ICU due to dengue and his bed had a mosquito net with 3 holes and mosquitoes were trapped inside the net. Then, what's the point of using net for dengue patients? One was covered with cello tape and My dad n myself asked the nurses to make some arrangements to cover the remaining holes atleast with tapes and nothing happened. Finally, my dad complained to the doctor n a new net was brought very soon.
Post hospitalisation, on the very next day morning after the discharge, my dad went to meet the urology doctor because of severe pain he had due to the catheter. He was not able to pass the urine. Dr. John Peter, urologist gave him pain killer tablet.
In the evening, the pain was uncontrollable and my dad had to go the casualty. They found that the catheter had been blocked and gave a new one. Suffering from severe pain, wastage of time and money because of to and fro travelling between the hospital and the house could have been avoided if the doctor might have checked properly in the morning itself.
Not fully happy because of these experiences.

We got better treatment here, especially Dr. Aju sir is very friendly and explain very well what he done for my husband. Nursing care at third floor and post op is very good and they treat us well. Visited muthoot hospital for my annual checkup. The warm experience is worthy of writing a five star review. Had to consult doctors from almost all the departments. They were cordial and was ready to attend to everything I said as a patient in detail. Dr. Prasanth Sanker, Dr Sijo, Dr Jyothi Priya, Dr Mili, Dr Aishwarya and Dr Vinod Raj are really good at their job. Quick, positive and attention to detail. Another thing worth mentioning is the public relations department. The hospitality is exceptionally good. The kind of assistance I received from PRO Silu is worth mentioning. She made things a lot easier and faster and maintaned avery professional behaviour.

I will never suggest muthoot pta. This is the first time ever i am facing this kind of terrible experience from a hospital. We were supposed to get cashless treatment and now it has been 24 hours after getting admission in the hospital not even the initial claim request hasn't done from hospital's end.
Still they are saying that waiting to get some form to be filled by doctor. They haven't even follow up for anything. We need to go and ask everyone to do something. Feels like came to some old govt. Office.

I’m commenting about Gynaecology department. My wife went through worse experience from this hospital. AJ - she is afraid to take risk cases initially she will smile and become very friendly, later she don’t update anything properly and refer to do the surgery. We went through mental trauma. As the delivery got delayed my baby has also got health issues and we spent another two week in this hospital. Please don’t come here for pregnancy, consult with any other hospital. Also I request Muthoot management to appoint some courageous, young professional who can handle risk pregnancies. If the Doctor is afraid to take risk pregnancies tell us from the beginning so that we can consult anywhere else.

Dr Cijo and entire cardiology team treated me well through the whole procedure.and also the ICU care feels homely to me. We have visited the neuro doctor and and the radiology department last week. The service they provide was good and got good care from all nursing staff

Even if it is a hospital, there is no hand sanitizer and there is no social distancing. Management only think how to overcome last year loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Nice Doctors, but the hospital services are not upto the mark. The rooms are not clean and even if you complain they are not bothered. As a private hospital, we expect more professionalism and care from the hospital staff. Couple of the nurses are very dedecated but rest all behaves like they don't care at all.

Very bad experience from home care staff. After telling the urgency.didn't even attend my calls. They didn't even call back.very much disappointed hearing the response of the staff. I had registered for home care of my parents.

The care we get is excellent but some times they take more and more money from the peoples who are in severe conditions.

I have question to the hospital.why you people are not giving prescriptions to the patients.only bills are getting from the pharmacy.and the pharmacy staffs are advising the patient.if you need the prescriptions go back to the emergency and get it.precription is the right of a patient.

My mom 82 years had right-hand fracture and surgery done for the Same by Dr. Arun Varghese Jacob, Ortho specialist. She had followed up Appointment yesterday at 11 am. She reached there at 10: 30 am got a token of #16. She waited until 2 pm to be called. At 2 pm, Dr. Arun asked her to go to the dressing room to get the dressing changed. No proper information to the patient. When she arrived there, (Ortho OPD dressing room) only one male nurse with few patients but very arrogant and claims he's swamped to do dressing now. When my sister questioned he was showing his attitude and asked her to go and complain to PRO.also, he states that he's a Saudi return nurse. But, he has no idea that those who are coming with their beloved ones have more knowledge and experience in this field. My sister, who was with my mom, studied at AIIMS, was Chief nurse @King Faisal hospital in Saudi Arabia and also worked in the USA for 15 years in a Well-reputed hospital. What's, is the purpose of going to private hospitals and paying a large amount of money? To get this kind of treatment and attitude. I hope the hospital authority should take proper action and teach their employees some manners, and patience.or may be he's overwhelmed with many patient and one nurse status.needs to consider their nurse patient's ratio.please guide the patient's to what they are supposed to do before seeing the doctor.

Worst health care for kids I have ever seen.never take your children to this hosp as the staff corporation is very bad and the process of handling files is tremendously slow that you have stand and wait with kids for more than 2 hours to get a vacation

Overall, their health care service is good, but not happy with the staff in some departments.
I had a blood test done there recently and they agreed to send my results via email. However, it took quite a long time and numerous phone calls from my end to get the result.

Such a waste experience.from the staff.
Especially.op department near canteen.there is one nursing station.near dr.freni john.
No propper communication.
They are hearing music at the morning time.
If something ask they have no idea.
4hours we are waiting for one normal test.

Co-ordination and service at the main Pharmacy is not good. Keeps patients waiting for long time.

I had very horrible experience in pathanamthitta muthoot.staffs are not giving proper medication when we r in pain they are not bothering that they are teasing the patient who is complying about pain, Iam the victim for that.they are not professional and treating like free service. I will not recommend anybody get treatment from Pathanamthitta muthoot.

Good hospital. Has a good emergency care care unit. Parking is available at own risk. There's an ATM near the gate. Difficult to find the different departments.

If you have a flu, they'll treat you for jaundice and charge you for a bypass surgery!
The nurses and trainees there are bunch of obnoxious idiots who have an attitude like they had cured cancer with their farts.
Do not go there! You will get new diseases!

Doctors there are not bothered to answer the patients questions. A YOUNG LADY DUTY DOCTOR in charge of casualty was a very good example for that. She was training to a doctor and yet don't know to treat or nonetheless answer some questions. She was not bothered by people's pain or suffering, She had better things to on the phone.

In the end, all you'll have is lesser money and wasted time!

It's a hospital were Nazir Madani and gang carry out experiments on humans like lab rats. The hospital seems to be run by their trainee staff from nursing college.

The hospital is in the prime location of Pathanamthitta and have good space for parking, ATM facility, drive in departments etc. But the billing have no way, there is million billing stations you can find once you inside the hospital. They are charging double some time triple the price of the medicine. Also i feel personally many doctors are not qualified enough to diagnose and many cases i know personally happened due to mislead diagnosis. If you are in emergency situation go ahead otherwise look for another options better.

The worst hospital in pathanamthitta district.we all know that muthoot group is greed of money.same in the case of this hospital too.high expense for treatments and consultation.doctors don't have any medical ethics or punctuality.and the staffs are horrible.especially the staffs at the reception are rude to patients.better avoid this hospital.

As muthoot is the only multi speciality hospital in PTA, we residents of PTA will go there in case of some emergency and they charge ridiculously high even though the treatment isn't that great. Usually, the waiting time is more and the doctors want scan for even minor things.
I have been there for a keloid removal also, now it has become a bigger scar. Don't know if they are really surgeons. Basically, the multi speciality hospitals have become the best business investment.

No paediatric doctor seen my child after admission from night 10 pm casuality admission to next day around 12pm.so discharged the baby and move to another hospital at kollam. Got good care from kollam medicity hospital. Better to suggest next option as much as possible.
