We had a great experience on the houseboat, booked a sharing but it got upgraded to a private one, haha.and then everything was as per expectations.
Package drinking water, food prepared by Lal Vai specially he took care of my 3 year Son which we really admire.
Our Captain Gokul he was simply great and such nice person to talk.
Owner himself came to meet once we boarded and Alhamdulliah it was a great meet and a great satisfaction staying a night in the houseboat, Allepey is great!

Aarya (mytrip house boat) was d admin girl who guide us from the first. Very nice experience.food was nice.feeling like wid a family.captain are very friendly. (vipin and Sathish) we came wid a 2 year old kid for a birthday celebration (decoration and cake was nice) we felt very relaxable and enjoyed a lot.

Their staffs behaviour not a appreciatable one. Food was an disappointment beacuse they offered karimeen as main course but the other dishes they provided was utter waste. They offered a ride through most of the kayals but they just cruised only some areas only and they just tricked us. They didnt even mentioned the time to sleep while the package is booked. They interepted our joyfull moments. All over a worst experience ever.

We spend mytrip houseboat for 1 night at 1 bedroom houseboat. MY TRIP houseboat is very well maintained and very tidy. LUNCH is too good, feels like home cooked food. Especially Fish is extra ordinary taste. Staff is helpful & courteous though our caretaker (Mr. Niyas) was an extra ordinary man, he knows how to take care of their guest too. Overall an amazing experience in MY TRIP houseboat.

The people around this area are really rude and only wants money. They would fight with you and if you dont give them the money. Never ever come to MY TRIP HOUSEBOAT utter disappointment. We thought people were polite but the people here are not polite. Overall a very very worst experience ever

Really a worst experience. The captain who were in control of the cruise was of bad attitude and not friendly also. Worst food ever.
Staffs were not very much coperative also. They even threat to harm us.
Alapuzha we expected a good and warm experience but this my trip houseboats is a worst one. Dont ever book it.

We have expected a rejuvenated experience towards the hosting and but unexpectedly the service was too bad. Below mentioned were the common issue.

1) Staff were sitting at sofas at night when we were walking and not much privacy
2) Food Was a bit ok…Bot Not much Quantity
3. Dress hanging was not available in 1st floor toilet and one of our friends dress fell down at toilet.
4) Glass table were broken at cornerand we got feared when we walk around the area.
5) Bath Towel was not provided and overall Cleanliness at boat.
6) AC remote haven’t provided.
7) Adequate quantity of mineral water.
8) Cable connection was not available
9) Overall too bad and not recommendable.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME! If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and wanted to take a break from stressful and busy life, then you should definitely visit Alappuzha and hire a boat house for a day. Mytrip houseboat members turned this trip into a beautiful one. Loved the ambience of the boat, the hospitality and safety they provided and the food they prepared - especially karimeen fry. Thanks to Mr. Niyaz, Ms. Arya for patiently answering my questions and clearing things out. Thanks to Mr Vipin (driver) and Mr Sajesh (cook) they were kind, humble and very helpful.
Will definitely recommend MYTRIP HOUSEBOATS to my friends and relatives.

I feel very bad experience from their side, They are not providing proper service.we came here to enjoy but due to bad and non satysfying service we loss our total enjoyment and we lost a complete day waste.so my opinion is don't choose mytriphouseboats

ONE OF THE WORST TOUR EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE, WE WERE IN BOAT FOR 1 DAY. THE MAIN THING IS, THE CAPTAIN OF THE BOAT WAS VERY RUDE AND WORST ATTITUDE SHOWING AS IF THEY WERE DOING SOME FAVOUR TO US. WE HAVE ALREADY TOLD THEM THAT WE ARE BACHELOR'S. WE PAID 25K FOR ONE DAY WITHOUT ANY BARGAIN THEY WERE VERY POLITE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND ALSO THEY DIDN'T COMMUNICATE THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. THEY WERE SPOILED OUR HAPPY MOOD MANY TIMES BY PROVOKING LIKE, THEY COME AND SWITCH OFF THE LIGHTS AND REDUCE THE VOLUME OF OUR SOUND SYSTEM WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, THE NEXT THING IF WE ASK ANYTHING THEY DIDN'T REPLY PROPERLY. THEY INSULTED OUR TEAM MEMBERS MANY TIMES. IF WE REACTED OR ASKED AGANIST ABOUT THEIR WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TOLD US TO CHECK OUT THE BOAT AT NIGHT. THEY HAVE NO COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMERS. ONE OF THEM STAFF THREATNED US ALSO. THEY SAID THAT YOU CAN'T LEAVE EVEN FROM ALAPUZHA. WE COULD MANAGED THIS SITUATION AS WE ARE A GROUP OF BACHELOR'S AND I CAN'T THINK HOW TO HANDLE SUCH A SITUATION BY A FAMILY. THEN NEATNESS OF THE BOAT IS ONLY ON THE PHOTOS SHOWN IN THEIR WEBSITE BUT NOT IN REAL, THERE IS NO PROVISION TO HANG A SINGLE TOWEL IN BATHROOM, DIDN'T PROVIDE AC REMOTE etc. SO I NEVER SUGGEST THIS HOUSE BOAT (MYTRIP HOUSEBOATS) TO ANYONE.

I have had some great moments with my trip houseboats.service and food was awesome.boat is celan and fels real premium.we had a good time cruising. Staffs are really friendly.i really loved it.

Awesome experience. The sightseeing joyride was a delight. Jyotish, Kannan, Chef Sajesh - the support staff were very courteous and helpful. Our in laws were celebrating their anniversary, Jyotish scouted for a delicious cake and surprised them! The fish and prawns were sumptuous. The dining area was well decorated and equipped with a top music system. We got 3 rooms all of which were spacious and clean. Views from the boat were breathtaking. Must visit!

It was a great experience staying here. All the 3 staffs jothish, chef saajeesh, and kannan were all very supportive. The food was very good. The boat was so clean and the entire ride was smooth. We totally enjoyed the day.

Very poor customer experience.it is a money looting agency. If you go for their reference will provide you some worst houseboat with world lazy managing teams.never recommended. They don't follow any professionalism, ethics or values
