Around 1 km from palakkad fort.

The service was very poor and the TV set top box was out of order. We asked for water from the time we booked at night but the next morning when we got a bottle of water they were told that water was not available in your payment and that we had to pay more for it.they had treated us irresponsibly by not giving us drinking water for a whole night by hiding the matter from the previous day. The behavior of the employees was also not satisfactory We paid for the extra bed but they did not get the bed

Very very neat room.good services.it is one of the best hotels in Kerala for middle class family.go for it

Nalanda Inn has 2 properties just opposite to each other. Our family stayed in the budget nonac room. The room size & cleanliness was good. The staff is courteous. They have a restaurant which takes orders for food in reasonable prices. But the room we stayed was on the 2nd floor and had to use stairs (no lift). So check with them about the room location if you have difficulty climbing stairs. The bath area is also elevated and have to climb up a big stair to reach the bathroom. They have geyser for hot water & provide toiletries.

Very very poor maintenance… Rats were running errand in the roof, cockroaches were crawling all over the floor… and beds were very untidy.worst experience.: The odour was very unpleasant like as though it was dungeon smell…

Best place, excellent rooms, they have two property's. I stayed in budget room best ambient interior, maintained hygiene, one restaurant is available at all times food also awsome rate is also less

They are cheating people.

We have booked three rooms here online. The pictures showed online belong to the main hotel, but they have provided rooms in the adjacent building where the Nalanda Inn restaurant is located. There the room condition is very poor and no relation to the pictures shown on the online booking site.

Online booking agencies should take these issue very seriously and ban such fraudulent hotels from the website.

It's a budget hotel with average facilities. They won't serve you plates unless you order room service, which is not good.

Good restaurant and Excellent room service given by Sadiq. Sadiq is well experienced supervisor and taking care of your need. In this Hotel, WiFi is there and cleaning is maintained. I recommend Stay in this hotel whenever you crosses Palakhad Junction.

Perfect space for small family fuctions like engagement, birthday party and so on which consists 35 to 65 people in total. The ceiling cove lights are not working properly, few electrical power issues were faced sometimes. The toilets were well cleaned and maintained properly with light fragrance of room freshners.

Reasonable tariff for a budget Non AC single room. They have a restuarant too. Not advisable for elderly people and those with knee pain or differently-abled, as there's no lift. One has to climb stairs.

I went this place for buy AFC counter infront of their premises. Since the payment method had some issue completed payment on Nalanda Inn. Even a small period of time I spend, felt good and clean.

Not have professional deal. But two staff Mr. Krishnan & Ms. Manju are very very politely done their services. Others are useless.
