About Restaurant: Although food quality is 'acceptable', card payment is accepted only for minimum bill amount of Rs. 500. I had a bad experience- They did not mention this before ordering and even after buying for Rs. 440, they didn't accept card!

Today I went to this restaurant, and waited for the availability of a table, one table got free but the plates and balance food was there in the table only. I requested to a waiter to clean that table, so that we can sit comfortable, but he didn’t respond, then after 10 mins again i requested the same person, then suddenly he responded, he told me that he can’t do it now, & i have to wait. I was speechless by this response. I didn’t expect this, that too in a rude behaviour. This is how Nalanda group is running thier restaurants.
I stepped out of the restaurant immediately after hearing this.

A good place to have lunch. A small place with good ambience and tasty food. Biriyani was great.

Not even can give a single rating's for the food we have write today 5/7/22. Rating below average

Food is no good. Just a basic idly was hard as stone and sambar was no good. If someone in south india can screw up an idly I am sure the rest will be as bad if not worse.

I had ordered porotta, pepper chicken and pineapple juice.porotta was dry and iam sure it was not fresh.pepper chicken was tasteless and chicken was not cooked at all.pineapple juice was the worst.the tables were not clean.the first thing I did when I reached home was vomit.i hope it is not food poisoning.i suggest not to eat anything from there.zero stars

Just bought some chicken curry, and was fully spoilt. Feels every chance of having a food poisoning from the bite we had. Informed them and just for the sake of it they said a sorry and immediately returned money with a lame excuse, that they prepare things in the morning itself. That was more scary!

Very bad food. Pls don't order biriyani here. Their biriyani is ghee rice. No masala, no spices. Just too much oil rich rice. Service also too bad. Suppliers are unprofessional

The interior looks good. But they are not cleaning it properly. Dusty chairs, tables and glasses.

We tried their broasted chicken combo of 999/-. Chicken tastes good but the quantity was very less. And they provide very less amount of dip and charges 20 for extra dip which is also less in quantity. Overall the experience was bad.

Worst food. Pls don't order biriyani here. Their Biriyani is just Ghee rice. No masala & no spices. Just oil rich rice. Waiters are unprofessional.

Ordered chicken biriyani and meals
Chicken biriyani was over spicy and filled with over masala. Even got hair from it.

Meals was not good as expected.

Ambience was good and not quite expensive. Service was not good. Ordered beef chilly but arrived late after meals finished. So we cancelled it.

The food in this restaurant have good taste, the mixed fried rice it's quantity and quality are good. And their chicken and french fries combo it's too good.

Abhadathil polum aarum ivde kayaralle. Very bad service. I have visited this hotel on 4th Jan 2022.

This restaurant is very clean and happy to have food with pleasent mind food also taste's very nice

Food was good, but severely understaffed. There was only one guy to take orders from all the customers. So there is a delay in everything. Place was not very crowded but still we had to wait for long time after placing our order.

A gud restaurant the manager of the restqurant was a good guy he behaved very well. Apo ok all the best

I bought a parcel of Nadan Chicken curry to celebrate special lunch for christmas today from Nalanda Rich Restaurant, Palakkad on 25 th December 2021. But this was happened to be my unforgettable Christmas due to waste food from this hotel. I request every one to be very careful befor visiting this hotel. You will get only waste pieces in their dishes with un affordable rates. Be careful.

Was staying in Nalanda Rich, their Hotel. Tried Paneer Butter Masala as it was written as special. It was just okay for 130. The chappathy was rather dry. The place is neat and staff is very friendly. They didn't have tea or coffee.

They need to put some hangers in every room.that would be the best to hang clothes after removing.remaining all r super.great place to stay.
