Namasthe Ayurveda - Ayurveda Treatment and Wellness

My stay at the Namaste Clinic with Joseph and his sister fulfilled my expectations. Very good medical care and the Ayurvedic massages were applied with a lot of care. The food is simple but good and is adapted to specific needs. After my days here, I feel lighter and fresher. I'll definitely be back. Unfortunately there is no garden but on the terrace you can relax, read a book and chat. Joseph takes a lot of time to answer every question and is very helpful. The area is quiet and I often went for walks in the morning and evening. A temple and small shops are within walking distance.
At the end of my stay I was allowed to cook with Joseph and his family and they wrote down all their recipes for me.

After driving a stretch of 1500 kms, was when my wife and I though to have a body massage. Found Namaste Ayurveda in Internet and I'll say, that was a good decision to try them. One of the Best service we've received so far! Staff were very friendly and skillful. The massage therapy was very relaxing and refreshing. A special word to the owner of the place, Jijo, who was polite, resourceful and was a great host. Thank you Namaste Ayurveda for the excellent service you gave us. We will come back for sure.

Namasthe Ayurveda is an excellent clinic with total professional approach, Dr Aiswarya is an awesome Doctor with Humility Personified, She explained everything in mutest of details and always took personal care. Akshay is highly qualified Therapist who is always putting more than 100 % in his work. The atmosphere and environment at Namasthe is totally homely with ever smiling Plsey welcoming the guests, Arun and Jomon are taking care of each and everything perfectly. Jijo is a an excellent Human being and Super Host. The clinic is very near to the INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT and is giving an excellent treatment at very reasonable rates. I'm a regular at Namasthe Ayurveda whenever I visit Kochi. They've helped me contain my lower back pain and become fitter. Located closer to the Airport also helps in getting a quick massage between Flights.

The experience with Namasthe Ayurveda was really wonderful and memorable. I had 14 days treatment of detoxification and relaxed very well, the dedicated, qualified staff was another attraction and blessing, homely atmosphere and the water frontage is God's own add on to them.

The worst ayurvedic centre, looking at all the reviews my wife went there for minor cervical problem, very minute problem, v thought of taking the ayurvedic treatment from our nearby area, she was staying there and taking treatment, without knowing even the basic thing they treated my wife, and within 9 days, it aggravated like anything, first explanation which was given by them was the ayurvedic treatment is like this, first increases, gradually decreases, believing this she stayed there, atlas her body became very weak, both hands and neck they made it worst, v went to next hospital, and the inflammation and oedema created by them still existing after all giving her best treatment, v have all the proof, very bad treatment, my wife went only with cervical mild pain, v treated bcz when she is exposed to cold, she gets pain, but these people made it as chronic pain and gave extra pain and swelling on both hands, now it looks like very hard rounded shape consistency on the hand

I'm a School Counsellor for last 10 years I have severe legs and back pain due to the long hours of standing. When I approached "നമസ്തേ ആയുര്‍വേദ clinic. " I had little hope. But the result was awesome. They provide authentic treatment. Healthy diet and thr environment helps to rejuvenate, peace of mind too. Thanks a lot Mr. Jijo. &

I was there for 14 days treatment. They have 5 doctors there. Their team work is so wonderful that you don't have to worry about anything they will take care of everything. Jijo and Plesy were very friendly that we will feel there like a home.
Not just a home, very much a family. They always make sure about our comforts in staying there, our food which is according to the treatment. Also they made sure that we took our medicines on time, How we feel each day. The doctors were also like that, very experienced doctors. They explained everything about the treatment in detail.
They food they prepare is ayurdeva food, even that they prepare accordingly to our taste.
Their rooms are very neat and clean. I was very happy with their cleanliness.
Their team work so wonderful. Everyone there is so happy, smiling and energetic bringing presence of such beings will cure half of health issues. I will highly recommend this place for who wants to rejuvenate themselves from highly stressful jobs and also for ayurdevic treatments.
