Lost my time lost my temper money and values. Purchased whirlpool fridge and faced a lot of issues lost the trust from the side of staffs and the entire ferm.
New fridge having complaints not doing atleast a basic QUALITY check. Also no electrical safety. And also the response from the ferm is very pathetic.

Customer service is very bad, if we call for a complaint, no one picks up the phone, my Samsung LED TV is compliant, after trying to register a complaint, I got the phone and they say that the complaint has been registered, but when I call Samsung customer care, they say that no complaint has been registered. Again their reply is that they have registered a complaint here, better than this, it was enough to hunt online.

No proper customer service. Trying to contact them from past 2 days. They mentioned in their site 24/7 customer service.

Worst experience i got. Products qualitys are very good. The problem is sales persons they don’t know how to talk customers.

Poor customer service. We went to purchase a TV. Staff wasn't there to assist us and the staff that did come did not have kuch knowledge of the products

The shop just delivered at the doorstep. There was no one to help the auto driver to shift a washing machine and fridge to the rooms. How is he expected to lift these gadgets and keep them inside?

Fraud company thay selling old products in new price I bought a one plus mobile 9month age the touch are not correctly working this mobile is refurbished

Very bad customer service. I have bought a lg ac from there with lot of expectations but didnt meet the satisfaction level in their customer service.when i asked for thier fitting of the ac they told me that all of their workers are busy at the moment and it would take couple of days.

Went here to get a convection microwave oven. The salesperson was knowledgeable and courteous and offered a great deal on a Samsung device. The delivery was prompt and demo by an authorized technician was arranged on time. Great shipping experience.

Very bad experience from salesman side.his explanation about the product and also about the delivery was not satisfied. The bad experience we face from the sales team make us not to come back again to this showroom for next purchase.

They deal with substandard items. Once I had purchased a sony led tv. It got faulty 3 times within a span of 2 years. The lackadaisical attitude of salesmen is saddening. I have heard in news about the faulty items they sale and once a person was so frustrated with the recurring faults with his tv that he dumped it in front of the shop. Just surviving on the advertisements and Thrissurites who know about the condition generally avoids this shop for purchase.

Nandilath g mart is costly i think. Better you will get good appliances online. Thats better. Otherwise ur money money is wasted. Also quality of the product may not be super.

Great service by Vishnu k.sI brought a new fridge and oven, I cooker etc from Nandilath pookunam.it was a great service from Vishnu k.s he really helped a lot till to reach my home.really hard worker and hospitality service.

Me and brother asked the price for an airconditioner and it had a price difference of 2k from another shop. As we were discussing about the same on the way down the stairs, the salesman heard our whisper as he was just behind us. After 10 mins, i just got a call and the other side said "അതേ. AC ഡെ price ഒരു രണ്ടായിരം കൂടെ കുറക്കാം കേട്ടോ". (He took the phone no from covid register). Also the price written on the tag will have no relation with the actual price (ex: the last price of ac was 33k, the price written by them was 45k). I think they almost reach the price listed in e-commerce sites like amazon after heavy bargaining and remember to ask if the delivery and installation is included in the price or else at the time of billing, they simply add all that stuff.

Called to enquire about a mixer grinder. Guy who picked the call tells me to come direct to the store (not the ideal thing to do while the world is going through a pandemic) as sales staff is busy with Onam sales and cuts the call right after. I just wanted to know the price. Oru maryaadha vende? Glad to inform, would never visit your store ever. Good day.

One of the worst service and cheep quality products. I purchased Samsung refrigerator from here for which from 3 sides water is dripping in drops. When I call them to tell this issue the response is very disappointing and they are disconnecting the call in between. Whoever wants good product go anywhere except this place. I am helpless that I have to give at least one star to post it otherwise it would have been minus rating.

Good there's many things available here like home appliances, etc. There's parking and his service.

Staff behaviour is not upto the mark. If we are leave this place without buying anything, we must convince the staff standing in front of the entrance before leaving.
They are like forcing us to buy. We can't force anyone to buy pdts, its their choice.
The price pf products is high in discount sale season.

All electronic devices available ranging from TV to washing machine. Just call and check before heading to the outlet as they might run out of stock as this is a very popular brand and set a firm ground ever since since the brand has launched in Kerala

Please don’t buy any product from here.they sell lot of duplicate and under quality products over here. I bought a tv and it’s not functioning after 2 weeks

Very poor customer service. The attitude is as if we have came to buy for free. Very loud and disgraceful conversations. Not even proper attention.if choosing nandilath better go to kuruppam road in round, eventhough the show room is small compared to this one, very friendly and excellent customer service.

A must visit shop, who is looking for home appliance like Television, fridge, washing machine. Etc. The shop located at punkunnam to kunnamkulam road, Thrissur. I think they have the biggest collection of home appliance items in Thrissur. All major brands are available with cheapest prize in the market. Good ambiance, neat and clean shop.customer service is also good. Finance for purchasing appliance also available inside the shop. Arrangements with Bajaj finance is readily available inside the shop. Recently bought a new Television. Satisfied with the service provided by the staff of Nandilath.

I didn't like their approach towards customers.towards the end of the purchase, you will have to wander here and there to get your stuff.felt like the cashiers and other staff down at the reception were less attentive.

This is a great place to buy all your electronic items from. There is a wide selection of equipment, belonging to different companies, and you generally get a very decent price. The staff are courteous and helps you pick the right item.

Very poor customer service.we recently bought a Chinese cooker for my mother as a birthday gift. But as soon as we got to know that this product was already bought by them.we took it for returning it in the shop (time lag between shopping and return is around 10 minutes) still they denyed for refund.expecially when we tried to explain this to the manager he absolutely showed no interest at all. This shows that they don't give any value for customers satisfaction they are just working for business.

A very good super market for home appliances. Staff members are very helpful for selecting items. Moreover the car parking facility is good.
