Their security didn’t allow us to enter into the shop at 9.30 AM saying staffs are on meeting.he was so arrogant, we had plan to purchase home appliances for our new home. We left from there due to that arrogance, and purchased from Lulu instead.
My recent interaction with Nandilath G Mart has left me thoroughly disappointed. I reached out to them in the hopes of purchasing a premium home appliance, and unfortunately, the experience with the sales executive, Akhil, was far from satisfactory.
While inquiring about the product and expressing my doubts and requirements, Akhil's response was unprofessional and quite surprising. Instead of providing helpful information, he seemed to make fun of my queries. This not only undermined my confidence in the brand but also left a lasting negative impression.
In contrast, I contacted several other shops for similar products, and their approach was significantly more pleasant and customer-centric. It's disheartening to see such a stark difference in customer care between Nandilath G Mart and its competitors.
I strongly urge Nandilath G Mart to address the issues in their customer care department and ensure that their sales executives are trained to provide a more respectful and helpful experience to potential customers. A positive customer experience is crucial for building trust and loyalty, and this aspect needs immediate attention for Nandilath G Mart to stay competitive in the market.
Wecwent to Edappally showroom, oppsite to Lulu mall. Requeseted Mr Sudeesh Manager, our required items. Introduced Mrs Deepa, sales person in kitchem appliance section. Showed us the required burner and chimmeny, with full explanation of all good and bad aspects. Showed us the refrigeerator, whichbwe will purchase from Nidhilat only, DEEPA IS AN EXCELLENT SHOWROOM SALES PERSON, mmy opinion. Other matter is on Manager Sudheesh, an excellent person for his position, as manager. We will always now go to This showroom in coming months too. In this store, there are many brands available to purchase products, especially home appliances, mobile accessories, and kitchen accessories. The staff support is another great thing I noticed in this store, they are Very helpful and very good amount of information they have about product and a good thing is they delivered the product the next day. Parking facilities are available
Negative thing is the person who came for installation and delivery asking for money is a bad thing. It should be done by the company, and it shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to pay, and if they don't get paid for this job, they aren't happy with it.
Hopeless service. Never make the full payment. Once they receive the payment then they will not deliver the product on time. The store have multiple sales person and a manager but no one has correct information about the product or the various promotion/offers available on product.
Worst experience, highly not recommended this brand. Worst customer service. Purchased an AC and very struggling to fix it. Still it waiting their technician to fix it even after 12 days. Non responsible staffs.
Showroom is quite big, very courteous sales men. Wide variety, good selection and sufficient parking space. But they don't have a system for customer satisfaction feed back. They don't fix a sales man for each sale, especially for durables. The show room mob is always busy. No return call. Hence after sales response is not upto the mark.
I had very pleasant and curtious experience in purchasing an acquaguard water purifier from Nandileth G Mart Edeppally. Everything managed online and the support extended by Shri Zamjath was exemplary. He helped me in finalizing the deal online and making payment and most importantly the following. Since I had planned only one day trip to my flat next day, Mr Zamjath himself carried the unit to my flat and item was there when I reached. With in an hour service personal came and completed installation. Such curtious and helping mentality is highly appreciated Krisnamoorthy
Poor customer care, delivery of product not on time, no follow up or product delivery after paying the bill, even when the customer call no one knows anything in the showroom regarding the sale of an item.
Staff had good communication skill. Helped me to choose the right product. Emi procees took a little time but all went well. My third purchase from nandilath
Pathetic after sales service. I registered for AC service for the product purchased from here. Registered request on 3rd March, 2021. On update till 08th March. In between had gone there twice. 09th March got a call from Lloyd service team and they informed request was communicated to them on 08th March only. Please stay away from Zamjath (Sales/Customer service) staff. This guy gives stupid excuses. Pathetic attitude.
However another staff who attended my service request for Samsung washing machine got things done quickly.
Manager is very rude, we abandoned the shopping and stromed out when seeking about bad service we received before. He said he doesn't care if you not buying and we were liars and he was praising about his 30 years experience dealing people. We made the visit after buying a tv, water filter and 2 ac's last year. The shop/company will get doomed soon if they have this kind of employees. Made purchase from Bismi and will never visit G mart again
Very bad way of Marketing and sales. I went in for an A/C and the sales guy was telling me the Brand LG and Samsung is not good where he suggested me to buy other brands as they are market leading. But it is not true, the company is looking to promote the brand which they get the bigger profit. Also rates are higher than that of other nearby shops.
Other hand the shop is very big and they have huge collection as well. But be careful and always seek product reviews and get rates from nearby vendors.
Bieng a regular customer of Nadhilath G-mart since few yrs, had recieved a good shopping experience and also a great service and support from there by Mr. Zamjath shah. He is so attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable and also give atmost consideration for our happiness through his service and by making us exposed to the quality of your marketing. They have promotional posters out. U ask for the product where a attractive price is quoted. They dance around it. Sir.this is out of stock or sir why dont u go for a another product instead. A not so good feel. First visit a disappointment.
Staff is not very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They keen to push the products but not patient to understand the customer needs and suggest the product. I bought from Amazon after this experience.
Let me tell you very frankly that we means my family had a bitter experience from one of the shops (edappally toll junction) today evening. On 23 rd of this month we have booked one mixie @Rs 4200/ (special rate) during the Thrissur Fest at Trichur sakthan ground. I paid an advance of Rs 500/balance on Bajaj finserv card and they have given the time till next month 22 nd. Today ie 29/12/19, I took the delivery of the same. What the sales representative had committed and in the showroom nothing was matching. First of all when I said I am a previlleged customer of Bajaj and I will be making the payment by Emi card. He told me I can avail 100 % interest free instalment (4 months and zero processing fee) Here they have charged Rs 335 / as processing fee and only 3 months not 4 months. Even they didn't have the courtesy to refund the extra money I had paid as advance after deducting the processing fee from my Advance amount. Moreover they behaved very rudely even from Sales man to the sales manager. They were saying that we don't want your business otherwise also our boss is immensely rich. Is this the way they are ssupposed to behave with the customer especially he is accompanied with his family members. So i request my dear friends don't visit any of the outlets of Gopu Nandilath showroom even by mistake also. They are not committed to commitments and don't rely upon them.
Worst customer experience. Would never recommend the place. Visited the store to buy an electronic appliance and discussed the rate card. All our discussion was based on a fresh unit from stock. Seconds away from payment, the sales rep told that they don't have stock and will deliver the demo unit.
After further discussing details, we decided to go ahead. Again at the payment desk, the sales rep now told us that they won't have the box pack and can only deliver with a plastic cover. ️ WTH!
I informed the sales rep my disappointment and to my surprise, the sale rep started being really rude with his comments and actions. Never experienced such bad experience from a representative!
Since we badly needed the unit we still place the order, Now the folks couldn't deliver the order on the same day. I requested the person to check if they can deliver it somehow and the sales rep didn't even bother to check and just pushed back. Ughh!
I paid for the delivery from my pocket and was told that it would be delivered by 5.30pm. The order didn't even reach after the promised time and I called the store around 7pm. Then I came to know that the order hasn't been moved from the store. I again expressed my disappointment and the guy on the phone shouted back!
Finally, had to do multiple follow ups and finally the order was delivered after ~4hrs from the initial delivery time!
A home appliances showroom with a wide collection of different brand. Bajaj finance support is their. They accept card payments. Customer service is fairly good. Home Delivery is there but we need to pay extra for the driver.
I've had a great experience with the staff at Nandilath. They're really helpful and follow up after purchases to ensure that we have a smooth experience with delivery and installation.
Very courteous behavior. Manager Mr Sudheesh and team are excellent. They made me purchase two A/cs and a chimney though my plan was to buy one A/c. That is marketing!
Parking OK. But sales people will bluff. I went to enquire about non electric water purifiers and sales rep replied that such purifiers are useless and most companies are stopping their production. When I made countered him with facts he was no more interested in me. I just left. Do research about your product or else u will be sold whatever they want.
