The staff are just too busy to attend to customers even while there are staff free to attend available. Poor customer relations.

Firstly the customer service though they look friendly but trust me they will be rubbing on u with words n actions like as though we are wasting their time but infact it was the lady who showed me materials who was eating all the time while folding up everytime than letting me see the next piece.
Then finally when I selected, almost all were damaged and thankfully I got to see it, else easily they wud have billed those defective materials on me.
I wished they improved their customer service n prioritised consumers interests than cribbing about their sales issues.
P.s definitely check n recheck every side of the material. Else u wud easily be buying a torn or defective piece. N customer service be prepared.

Good place with ample parking. All types of clothing for families are available. Budget friendly shopping can be done from here. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Nice experience.

With no hesitation this shop is the best in quality and design.it's in the heart of Kottayam city.wide variety of dresses. And have to i got a staff to assist she was amazing her name was Surya Aneesh. She was an amazing angel.she gave the dress and chose the correct colours. She was amazing thanku narmada for maintaining best staffs like her.

Store have lots of collections.
Service was good. And give me 50% off.
The only issue with this store is ladies items are on two floors. So we need to go up and down to explore the full collection

Be careful with cashier man. Brought some tops and jeans today. Check the balance money after paying bill. I normally don't count balance, but today there was something fishy on his face so I checked and there was 50 rupees less. Immediately asked and he returned the money with a guilty face. Never expected that from a reputed shop. Since childhood I am a great fan of Narmada. Really sad about the experience.
