Got my very fussy daughter here for eyebrow threading, Pushpa did an excellent job, very patient with her and tookcare ofevery whim of hers. I got a pedicure here from. Raji, she did a very good job, definitely recommend, good hygiene standards as well. I will only fault the management for not having enough staff to do two pedicures simultaneously. Overall very satisfied.

A FOR SURE ONE STAR: We had a very bad experience at Naturals Nadakkav. I took my daughter for a straight cut before school reopening and clearly conveyed them we need a straight cut and showed them how much length they should cut. The staff over there cut the hair in layer cut, the style decided by him and the length got reduced to one third of the earlier length. They made it very short which is even less than shoulder length, her hair used to be halfway long to her back. The staffs over there were making it in such a way that we did some mistake. After coming back and observing the reviews I could see this has happened to many people. I will not recommend this to anyone for haircut. We have been to other natural beauty locations and got very good services. This experience really made my daughter so upset since she was very much in love with her long hair. She is not able to plait it while going to school. They were trying to convincing me that it is a trendy hairstyle rather than admitting their mistakes. The staffs over there are not customer friendly. They have some fixed hair style and experimenting it on customer. Beware before you step in for haircut. At least they should make their staffs to know about the concerns and needs of the customers and serve them accordingly. Extremely disappointed with their service and the response while we told this is not the right way to respond to a customer. Totally dissatisfied with the saloon and don't want more people to have similar experience, hence rating one star

I've been a regular customer at Naturals Nadakkavu for a long time. Pushpechi did my bridal make up as well and it was very well appreciated by my family too. I personally was very much satisfied as I wanted a simple look. Plus every time I visit, the service has been nice. Thanks Pushpechi for the effort you take!

Loved the experience at Naturals Nadakkavu. Very friendly staff and Ms. Raji who was attending to me was exceptional at her work and she also gave me amazing skin care tips. She asked me specifically what I am looking for and suggested the service according to my need.

The management of the organization is dependent on unprofessional senior staff Ms. Pusha who has no idea how to treat customers as well as their staffs. That is one of the biggest drawback of this organization. Apart from that the staff are well mannered and friendly.
My wife had few very bad experience from this organization. I belive customers book their appointments in advance as they have to plan their day, why can't the management respect the time of customers? My wife pre booked appointment few times but she had to wait for 1.5 to 2 hrs even after pre booking, this is pethatic experience. Doesn't the time of customers has value?

I went for a haircut with a pretty long hair and inspite of telling them shoulder length, they cut my hair so short.
In other Naturals, they usually ask me multiple times or even if they don't, they usually cut shoulder length as expected and I always come happy. Completely dissatisfied. I would not take the name of the service professional. But Please consider this as a feedback and work accordingly.

I went in today for hair spa. I had an appointment. Being Sunday there were only 2 staff. There were lots of customers coming in without booking an appointment. But, Pushpa the beautician handled the situation cleverly.
She did my hair treatment really well inspite of there being lots of pressure from clients.

I can only say it's an average salon. Staff weren't very professional and even unsure of how much to charge after my haircut and beard design. The service was good, but not worth the additional cost compared to a normal salon

Did a haircut there. Took a booking there and reached before time. As soon as staff was free they took up my haircut. Good service by lady prerna for the haircut. Although moderately costly worth the money.
