The service was great! I went in for a pedicure. The staff were very friendly and paid a lot of attention to the work being done.

Easy appointments and friendly staff. I had my haircut and eyebrow threading here. Service was amazing. Resmi took her time and, told me what she recommended and the outcome was perfect. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this place. Highly recommend!

Decent place but not as good as naturals have their outlets in Bangalore.staff is courteous but not experienced enough. Not really happy with the quality of output, but cant blame them.giving 4/5 star as they honored my membership here, and staff is good.

Previously i got very good service from this parlour. Frankly speaking Today i got a very bad service. Not at all satified in facial therapy.

I'd made a booking 3 days in advance and they flaked at the last minute. Please make sure such things don't ever happen again in future.

Had come for a hair wash and ironing for myself and my sister. The stylists, Rahul and Adil did a fab job. It was neatly done and they were patient throughout. Satisfying experience ️

It's been wonerwond experience with the naturals pettah, I have been there recently n satisfied with their service n staff's behaviour is so kind, so here im giving this saloon 5 star ratings hope you maintain this in future too.

I visited the place with my brother both of us wanting to have a haircut. We had do wait for over 1.5hrs and still they didn't call us. My brother got frustrated and left after an hour and I left after 1.5hrs both of us didn't get the hair cut. The staff were engrossed in their world of mobile and chit chat. Almost forgot, I visited a few weeks ago and the number of customers were very very less.

This is a newly started branch of Naturals. Staff are polite and courteous. Ample parking space in temple premises.

Unless you have some common hair styles in your mind, avoid the place. Exorbitantly priced, and very average service. Fix the rates before the service or else you will be having a surprise by the end of it.

I had been to several other 'naturals'. I donno why they took 100 rs for eyebrow threading.will never go there again

I had a very bad experience.did keratin treatment.my hair look worse now.from pallimukku branch.i did 2 months back.ths s not to defame ur branch.i came for smoothening, staff only suggested keratin treatment and when i came after after two days again for protien treatment ur staff also was shocked to see my hair.then they told me keratin doesnt suit everyone.

It's just okay place. Not great.although the Ambience is good. Not all the facilities available here plus the rates are not nominal (for normal.services) Like they charge 450 RS just for head wash.

The service of Mahavir is pretty impressive. He was so polite and exceptionally cooperative. Does every service with attention to detail. Naturals service has exceedingly improved recently. The ambience at the salon was pretty calm as I visited the salon on a state holiday. However I'd rate the experience at a 4/5 overall.

They have good ambience. But apart from Mr. Sonu, the service of the others are not worth the price and standard. Had only tried out hair cut, shaving and detan. Not a great experience.

Services are okay. But the place is in real need of maintenance. Dilapidated building, leaking mouldy walls, chipped paint everywhere. Makes you feel like you are in an abandoned building. High time they invest on maintenance of the interiors.

I must say that i became a fan of their customer service. I am very much satisfied of their caring and treatment. I recommend going there for beauty care at an affordable price.

Poor service. When you call to book and appointment, nobody attends and if you book your appointment, they keep you waiting for more than half an hour. Service is below average, and very slow.
