Nothing great about this saloon. Ambience is ok. Their services are average. Reasonable price. Now there is a shortage of staff as well which is affecting their quality of service

It was not a good experience as compared to my regular salons. And thus, i felt it was not worth the expense with experience received.

But customer service skill - as polite and professionalism - was good as required in their industry

One word- Perfection. Really had a nice experience. Was clean and hygienic. Even during these pandemic times, they did a wonderful service. Would definitely visit again the future.

Ask for Rajesh when you go here. It's very rare to find people like him who have the patience & the interest to pay attention to details and provide customers with great service.

I did Chocolate facial from them. The entire facial finished in just 25 minutes. The lady did not massaged properly. Nor did she applied the scrub properly. After a while into massage all the cream was absorbed and she was just dry rubbing my face. I do not recommend.

Has been my go to salon for more than 2 years and never disappointed. Though price would be a bit high compared to the local salons, it is worth the money.

I had come here for hair wash and setting and got a good service done. I returned here for my daughter-who is 1yr old, to get her haircut and we had a very good experience. The services were professionally done and be sure to talk about the service beforehand - the team gives you all the info and you are prepared well for what to expect. I will definitely return again to this salon.

While doing facial and other job on face we are not putting mask.but the staff's are also not putting mask properly.so be causious while going there.not following covid protocols.

They overcharged me on the service without any justification or intimation. Their excuse is that they have hiked up the price due to covid, but no proper bill.

I had been to naturals kadavanthra today. Mr. Rajesh attended me he had suggested me the hair colour which suits my complexion and also suggested me to do keratin.i did both n m really happy with his work. He is really patient and does his work neatly. Thanks Rajesh. U deserve 5 stars for ua work.

Unprofessional and inexperienced staff. The room where they did my face clean up was not hygienic.
The staff who did the clean up was in a hurry to get it done as soon as possible. She just applied scrub, steamed for 1 min and did not massage at all. Afterwards I saw that the massage gel packet was not even opened.
Such a waste of time and money.
Will not go back to this salon and won't recommend it to anyone.

Inexperienced staff!
Messed up my beard even though i have mentioned what should be done perfectly!

and after that during the facial, the same staff was using the brush which is used for me to put the cream to the staff working there. He was putting cream for me and the staff back and forth!

Would never come back to this dirty place!

My husband, daughter and I had a haircut from there. They did absolutely amazing job! We loved their service!

Natural salon mostly depends on the location. Sometimes its good. Sometimes its really bad. I have felt like the cleanliness in some of the natural salon in the facial room specifically is not upto mark. I have been asked to lie on an already used and clearly dirty sheet. They changed the sheet only when i asked them to do so.

If you fix a prior appointment and visit naturals it will be great. Else if you have patience you need to wait.staffs are too friendly. If you have their purple club membership you will get a reasonable discount. When compared with other salon naturals is affordable. The only issue is with parking. If you come in car that will be an issue.since its a major junction no parking board is too much. Better opt for two wheelers or other public transport systems. Easily to locate as it is close to olive down town hotel.

Naturals salon near Kadavanthra junction, Ernakulam, on K P Vallone Road is a unisex salon offering a wide range of beauty solutions. Just like other 'Naturals' salon, the service is good and fast and expertise of beauticians is reasonably good. Parking is limited, but there's a pay and park facility, nearby. The ambience is good and hygiene is satisfactory.

Gave me an appointment at 10 and the guy showed up close to 11. But the guy did a good job with my hair as I wanted so only reducing one star for that. Well managed and neat.

Very bad experience, inexperienced staff, staff don’t even know how to cut hair, they all are trainees I guess, low quality hair cut with too much costs, no privacy for ladies

Got allergic symptoms after eyebrow treading, paining, itching and rashes formation around eyes, they use cheap quality tools. I never had such bad experience.

I booked an appointment with them for doing my hair on my wedding day. I reached the salon around 9 AM when my wedding was at 11 AM only to find the shutters down. The only point of contact was not reachable over phone. Unprofessionalism of the highest order that left me running around town with my make up bleeding in my bridal attire in search of a salon that would be open that early. They ruined my wedding day. Unacceptable after the fact that I had been talking to them for over a month and went to confirm the appointment in person one day before the wedding and personally met the stylist only to be stood up by them.

Had been here for a haircut.
I had clearly explained to the barber about the type of cut I needed. He started working on my hair and somewhere in between, he lost what I wanted and put me in a regretful situation. Upon constant explaination of my requirement and plotting out the mistakes he made, finally he could achieve what I really wanted! I feel that he wasn't well expirenced or something: (
I would surely admire his patience and the way he accepted to style my hair.

What I suggest is, it's best to show them a picture of what you require rather than explaining verbally. (The former method worked for me at other saloons, though!)

Coming to the rates, they charge 150+tax for normal haircut and 300+tax for a style change.

The above rates include hairwash, haircut and hair setting.
