I approached Naturals Kulathoor as I was near Lulu mall. It was quite late for getting a haircut for my daughter and from the mall Naturals seemed like a trustworthy place to get the job done. I had called before going there asking if they provide baby hair cut at that time.it was 8.30 pm, parlour closes at 9 pm. The receptionist said baby hair cut was possible. After seeing the guy giving haircut to my daughter it was evident he didn't know how to give haircuts. On asking the receptionist she started giving random excus and started accusing us. Bad service, bad behavior. Very bad experience.

Atmosphere of the saloon - poor,
I spend 4 hours there and requested to put music, but they started and stopped immediately. It’s so quiet with only blow drying sound. So boring. Salon looks old and dusty.
Staffs - all staffs are good and friendly.

Not that great.went to take eyebrows and told the lady not to take it thin.but she spoiled it by taking it extremely thin and made both the eyebrows look horrible

Did upper lip and underarms waxing. Meenakshi did my waxing all areas have burnt. Don’t know what she did and how can someone not do basic waxing. Please guys don’t visit this place. She was more interested in knowing my personal life and continuously talking rather than focusing on her work. Never in my life had such bad experience.

Good place for waxing. Didn't like mani pedi this time. The foot soak was not hygienic there was algae like things on the water hose etc. Also the staff keep changes here. The person who did pedicure wasn't experienced enough and was in a rush to finish the job.

I am very satisfied with the services. Neethu was soo comfortable and cheering. Always had a smile on her face. Really she did a good job. She changed my look?

Very toxic place. I went there for hair colour, spent 3 hours, and my greys were not covered. In spite of that the the front office manager Tintu was extremely rude to customers. I will never recommend this salon ever for my family or friends. Don’t waste your time and money!

We got our hair dressed without any delay. Staffs were prompt and courteous. They tried their best to ensure customer satisfaction.

They have a scope for improvement in terms of maintenance (the sofa set where visitors were seated is slightly torn). Also, price is on a higher end. Overall it was good experience.

Though there is no dedicated space for parking, you can park on the roadways which shouldn't be an issue.

Good place to go with family. It's a mix of experts and mid expert associates. Only one suggestion is to please assign expert for kids.

I really recommend to visit. Great service and value for money. I did a spa for dandruff treatment and it worked really well. 5 star for the quality in service.
