Good service by the make up persons. They are polite and maintain professional approach. But if any query escalated, no one responds properly. I had an alergy after hair treatment and escalated to the number given. They promised to visit me, which didn't happen. False promises won't help

Hair cutting is good, but staff sounds so misogynistic and bodyshamed for being thin.he is so reluctant to cut hair, also he said girls shouldn't cut hair too short.

Nice pedicure by Jayasree, she was very polite and sweet and the best pedicure in palakkad, better than even parlours like Toni and Guy. Also the waxing done by Reena and Priyanka was great. Overall a nice experience.

Posting this on behalf of my aunt, who recently visited the saloon for services.
She did waxing for the underarms, and noticed severe red rashes and extreme pain also as an after effect.
Such instances should be taken into concern and should never be repeated on any of your valuable customers!

Naturals Palakkad is my go to go destination for salon and spa services. I did my smoothening here.i do my haircuts there. Staffs are experienced and they do a good job.and even my bridal makeup.i had trial for my makeup 2 days before the event which helped me to understand my preferences. Everyone loved it. Cheating in rate. They are taking rate not as in the naturals catalogue. They are taking their own rate. They had cut rate in the catalogue and wrote their rate.

The makeup artists were very professional, efficient and accommodating to my requests for a bridal makeup. On the wedding day, Saritha, Remya and Ragi were extremely calm and under control - given we were on a time crunch. I'm extremely impressed of their professionalism and will recommend the salon to anybody looking for reliable services.

Good ambience and nature of the employees. They are more patience than many other such salon. They did a pretty good job - pics are below.

Excellent services! I would say it was world class. There was a woman's section for my sister and mom, and a men's section. The services were comparable to high quality US and Singapore experiences, and we were very happy with the work done!

I did keratin treatment there. If you're planning to do keratin treatment here, please ask for Reena. If she's on off please reschedule for the sake of your hair. Some other staff did my post keratin routine the next day. I got my scalp burnt while ironing and she cuts hair even before she fully understands what you want. And she did the haircut without even using the cape which was highly unprofessional and totally ruined my clothes. If you want a nice and professional experience I recommend Reena. I would've totally gave 5 star if I didn't have the bad experience from the other staff.

Too expensive charging 250 for shave. I mean trim do not recommend at all

I have been to this saloon from long time. And beard designing is nothing. How do you diffrentiate between design and trim.you people have to clear.

What is beard design when a person has very minimal beard.

I am not against your saloon, I am against how you communicate, because after the shave / trim is done. Then what you ask is the price.

Swetha and Raji were the 2 members of staff who provided excellent service at Naturals -NJ Complex, Palakkad. Their service was prompt and professional. Special mention to Raji for doing a wonderful job in pedicure for my mom. My mom felt pampered. Special mention to Swetha who was very customer-friendly. She gave me the right solution for legs rather than allowing me to go with the common choice. Her solution worked out well for me!

since i have highly sensitive acne prone skin their products have not caused me with further breakouts but have helped in changing the texture of my skin! I am very happy with their services and their staff Raji akka does all my services talking about her she is very polite and its been 5years i know her she has never dissapointed me with her services! Amazing! They know how to treat customer. I had Mr. Mahesh do my hair and beard - amazing job at that. He asked what I wanted, did his best, and confirmed with me if this is how I wanted it. Really great experience.

They are taking good precautions against covid

- hair dressers wear masks, gloves and coat
- all scissors and combs are UV sterilised
- we don't have to take our masks off
- keeps open the front doors for ventilation

The person attends uses good PPE to prevent corona virus. Cleanliness is praiseworthy. People wants leisure and comfort must contact this unisex spa.

I have given my review twice, but the salty owner needs more. They charged 200+ taxes and 150+ taxes for trimming and cutting. Whole bill popped up like 400+ rupees. And to the owner, hey boomer guy first learn to spell 'bought' and yeah I bought the same trimmer used in your looter shop. It costed like merely 700 something rupees. And I do have a job unlike the robber's job you do lol! It is my hard earned money that you robbed that day. But even a jobless guy would have much morality and dignity than you do!

One of the few decent salons in Palakkad, they offer good service in a budget.

I am giving feedback again as a reply to the owner from my alternate account. Hey guy, I don't need your advice what to do and what not. I will buy trimmer or not, it's none of your business. I just gave my review about this looters shop. And I think covid has taught you some karma lessons for all those rippings u made from the customers without having any business for 3 months

My second visit to this parlour. Specially Raji is very dedicated in doing the work and so very satisfied with the facial she does for me.

The owner is a robber. Charged 200+ taxes for trimming my beard and another 150+ taxes for cutting. I can buy the same trimmer that they used to serve me with 500 rupees. And the staff are north indians, they can't speak or understand malayalam/english. Keeping low cost staff and robbing in high cost from customers. Thats what happening inside there!

The Salon has got a clean and calm atmosphere with music playing. Service they provide is decent, Stylists are good worth the money.

The behaviour of staffs are very friendly. They work in a dedicated manner. They listen politely t our needs. The face massage after bear shaping is so awesome. Also, they wash you hair after a hair cut with head massage. The cost is also less when compared to other salon and spas offering similar facilities.

Absolutely AMAZING work done by Naturals for my bridal makeup. My beautician was Beena Chechi and she did a wonderful job, the look was natural yet beautiful.

The workers are very unprofessional and untrained to deal with customers. They are not so called stylistis (local not even groomed well) and this franchise is spoiling the brand name of 'Naturals'. The owner should see how other Naturals are working at Kochi and other cities. Try to reduce your arrogance while saying customer feed back. Customer is God

Only ok service. Absolute rip-off. 1300/- facial lasted less than 1 hour. 1100/- hair spa lasted less than an hour. 600/- clean up is without mask (not revealed beforehand) ; the mask costs extra 600 minimum without covering neck and to cover your neck, it costs 1000/-. In between the facial, was interrupted 4 times.once to say that tax would be 18% extra on top of the costs!
I would not recommend this salon to anyone else. I have been to other smaller salons with much more efficient service!
