Worst experience. Bought new water pump, and it burned it's coil on the first day. They accept its due to the manufactur defect and they are not cooperative to claim warranty and after service. I visited more than 8days and it took around 2 months to claim warranty. Very bad behavior. They are not given bill for the purchase.

5 Mostly all hardware items are available in decent prices and good quality. It's always an urgent run-to store and you will get what you need (might not be what you want).
4Don't expect much selections of the save product like in showrooms but they have kept only quality products.
3Though they have a lot of space it's a bit dusty and they could have maintained more.
2In the basement floor of the household product section the staff there needs to be more customer friendly as he shouts at times to the customers and shows irritation to assist the customer.

There is ample parking space in back side of the shop, good customer service and good manners, keep it up!

If douplicate is a place *navodaya. Very pathetic even though they provide a huge discount on the bill they provide as duplicate items mixed along with orginal.so be aware yourself. Don't golden ur eye if they provide a 1000 rs discount on a 22000 rs purchase as it would actually be only around 15000. So poor customer service.

Worst experience. No return or refund. Better to go for small shops. They provide good discounts. Only plus is they have all the items in one roof.

Multivaried items are available here mainly focused on household necessities. Easy to transport things from here as it's in front of the auto stand. If for taking away heavy things the shopowner himself helps you arrange it.
