I wish we could have stayed longer—those were the most amazing four nights. Amazing, laid-back setting with excellent staff. We were treated like family. Dietary needs are effortlessly met! The most fantastic hidden gem, in all honesty.

The rooms were very nice. A/C was very effective. Neat property and very well kept. Good parking and security. Excellent beach as well. Enjoyed the sea view rooms and excellent washrooms. The food was tasty and had a good mix of cuisines

I totally loved this place. The rooms were very clean and neat. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food here was amazing. Although only breakfast is complimentary, both lunch and dinner are extremely good but expensive.
The view from the sea facing rooms is excellent.
5/5 would visit again and highly recommend.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and very nicely done. The breakfast is excellent too, with continental, Indian, salads and healthy choices with delicious good homemade spread.

Food is good however on little higher side but quality and quantity ensure value for money

The staff are very refined. The food is excellent. The setting is exquisite. The backwater boat trip followed by yoga is a great way to start the day.

The best ambience so far is amazing all surrounding establishments. It is really magical to see life comes true here.

Rooms, Service and Location 5/5. However, I'd still leave the overall rating at 4/5 for the following reason: food at the resort was illogically exorbitant (2 simple meals cost for 4 adults was ~8k and 4 coconuts were billed 800rs). While the taste was good, the portions were too small leaving us baffled and hungry in the middle of a beautiful setting.

Having said the above, the resort is a must visit, beautifully maintained with no plastic policy. The staff incredibly warm and hospitable. The resort is very neatly maintained and rooms are elegantly setup.

Stay here, but order food from Oryx or other restaurants. Oryx even do delivery themselves.

Excellent in one-word. Food was great, stay very pleasant and the beaches very calm and soothing. Highly recommend this place for a chill stay and do nothing.

We stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon. It was incredible - stunning pool, delicious food, brilliant rooms and amazing service, we were so well looked after. It was super quiet and calm and we had an amazing time. Thank you!

We stayed in nileshwar hermitage from 3rd oct. Guys believe me you don't want to go back to this junk place. There is no TV, no fridge, AC not working, no hot water and found poisonous frogs inside the room. And full of centipedes. The bathroom concept is open to sky. In this technology world who will have such open bathroom concept. We go with family and how do they expect us to use such place. Absolutely pathetic. And when we complained all this, one of front office person tells us not to come back again here. This is the customer service they give.

We have been to Neeleshwar Hermitage in mid October and this property turned out to be a gem of a place. The property is right on the beach and the views are amazing. Loved their breakfast buffet served on the beach side. The cottages are very spacious, with great ventilation. The food at their Annapurna restaurant was delicious and they obliged to our requests for kid friendly foods as well, even though it wasn't part of the menu.

The best part of this property apart from the views is their excellent hospitality. Mr. Jayan and his team made sure we had a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Ms. Rajitha, Mr. Parag from the front desk and Mr. Nitin at the restaurant. They were very friendly and made sure we had a great stay. They helped arrange for a cake for my husband's birthday and enquired after my daughter when she had an insect bite.

I will definitely want to come back again. A great place with a soothing atmosphere and wonderful staff).

Superb retreat from humdrum that can be India. Idealic spot with palm groves overlooking beach and ocean. Hammocks swimming pool yoga and spa. Excellent food. Perfect unwind place for a few days to rest and recuperate.

What an amazing stay! We absolutely loved our time here. Many of the photos don’t reflect how nice the place is. The rooms were huge (v high ceilings) with a beautiful attached outdoor bathroom, the food was outstanding and fresh, the service was 5-star with friendly waiters and management staff who were always checking in on us. The location was prime, right on the beach with hardly any people - absolutely stunning. Breakfast was brilliant - all fresh food ordered a la carte. The whole stay was akin to somewhere like the Taj, except more personal. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful rustic rooms with sea view being maintained well with great staff and service. Variety and taste of the food can be improved. Great place to relax.

Costly place. Keralites may not enjoy it that much as the beach and the pool is the only attraction and the charges for seafood is very high
