Nidra Yoga school Varkala - Ayurveda nursing & panchakarma center varkala

We took a nearly two hour yoga class with nidra (sleep yoga) mediation the yoga and sleep yoga was outstanding completely relaxing felt amazing afterward highly recommend.

I did a 30 minute foot massage. The massage itsself was nice and relaxing. But the masseur took 4! Phone calls during the session that was highly unprofessional.
I do not come again.

Had the best experience here at Nidra Yoga as the one who did for me a great back massage and very professional. Feeling completely relaxed and Also to let ylu guys know they doo conduct yoga, Ayurveda Treatment too! So if you guys are up here try this place! Its a very good experience for me.

It was mostly body oiling not massage.they still need to learn to massage properly and infra is not good

Had an amazing experience at Nidra Yoga! Ramesh sir was extremely patient and precise with his job and made sure i felt comfortable at all times!

Best ayurvedic massage. Ramesh sir is very knowledge and explains to you regarding a balanced and healthy lifestyle.

Good place for comfortable stay, although parking space is not big and somethings in the bathroom were falling apart. All in all it was good because it had all essentials and good for its price

Guru Ramesh is excellent Yog Guru, I had few sessions with him on basic Yoga and I would be joining more session in coming weeks, They have Ayurveda treatment facility at Helipad Road.

Stay was excellent, rooms was spacious and clean. Can be opt for a family stay as it is a family friendly and calm place. Only 100 m walkable distance to beautiful and amazing north cliff. Ramesh ettan who is kind and genuine person who run this property and he also has yoga centre, ayurvedic massage which is close to the property, which is quite relaxing and energetic after long stress work days.

Had the best and most relaxing head massage ever. The masseur is quite friendly and welcoming. Must experience the foot massage also, masseur is well trained. Would definitely recommend to all age categories.
