Excellent service. Nice Ambience.
The maintenance of pool was soo good.
All the staff were so helpful.

A very good resort, with good rooms, great service, swimming pool, good chefs. Beach is some 10 mins walk.

I am traveling with two more friends from Ahmedabad for one day's vacation in Varkala. Upon searching for a resort in Verkala to stay in for a day, we discovered that akhil, nikhil and clafouti were all owned by the same company. The 3 resorts are all well maintained, and the service was good as far as providing what we needed when we needed it. Since Nikhil offered a swimming pool at a reasonable price, we decided to stay there. Resort is trustworthy being a big resort and more people come in these 3 resorts compared to other resorts.

Only reason for 4 and not 5 star is because the receptionists at all the resorts are so unknowledged about the room prices (clafouti receptionist did not include the extra price for the third person in dual capacity rooms). Furthermore, even when you pay 3500 for an AC room with 3 people, a water bottle is also charged.

Worst choice of hotel!

What we got from booking rooms in this resort is a horrible experience with improper sleep
They don’t give a concern about customer satisfaction even for the basic amenities like water bottle dental kit hygiene blanket hygiene toilet proper fan clean room etc
Would never suggest this resort for anyone particularly who don’t know the local language as the security’s behaviour is also worst

Decent experience.had a face massage which was soothing but didn't quite appreciate the various creams the masseuse applied.

An ABSOLUTE FAIL! Amenities enlist free Wifi and TV. Not gonna work. Swimming pool is from 8: 00am to 6: 00pm. And then they chlorinate it at 5: 00 and told us we can't use it until next day morning. The excuse was that we never told them that we are going to use the pool, in advance. There is a curfew of 11: 00pm by the way. Restaurant not available, even though it is listed on their website, Oyo, goibibo, etc.
In short, don't book this place unless you don't have any other options available! Peace!

I have been to this place twice, Last I came in January. The food was delicious! Even if you are not staying here, you can come to the restaurant! It takes time for the cook to prepare food as there is shortage of staff but, the wait is worth it!

A great place to stay close to beach. Has a good restaurant to feed your tummy. The pool is clean. Staff are really helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and ventilated. Has a nice antic feel overall. The interior of hotel is beautiful.

It's a good resort rooms are big and convinient close to the beach staff is good too just some infra glitches which they assured will be fixed like intercom

Dudes. I am from Bangalore.as a family we stayed here on 28-30th Nov.guys its an awesome spot for families.definitely you will take away an unforgettable memories.for sure.wishing to visit here often.such an excellent destination!
