I could go on and on about this gem. It's CLEAN, staff is very thoughtful, professional, happy and friendly. SAFE. Awesome cafe downstairs, super filling breakfast in the roof top. Let me save CLEAN AGAIN. I keep going back here whenever I need a peaceful quiet clean place to take a timeout or to focus on my work.

This is a Japanese concept hotel created by an owner who loves Japan. There is also a laundry corner with washing machines and dryers with free detergent, making it a great companion for long-haul travelers. I am giving it 4 stars because it is not a luxury hotel, but the cost performance is 5 stars.
There is a restaurant on the first floor and a breakfast buffet on the rooftop, but if you leave the hotel and turn left, there is a supermarket within a few minutes' walk, where you can find delicious-looking biryani, dishes, and even sweets.
Cochin International Airport is about an hour's drive away.

Best calm place to have stay when travelled official.
But No room service at nights and Morning.
Also the Poori was too horrible.

A very pleasant, contemporary budget hotel. Well maintained and spacious rooms. Good customer service. Friendly staff. Delicious buffet breakfast is complimentary. Dinner and lunch can be ordered as per the menu. Would definitely suggest for family accommodation.

Suxh a unprofessional hotel management and brainless people after a tiring day whole night couldnt sleep inspite of repeatdky informing the reception still they didnt allow ro sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Niko Hotel in Kadavanthra, Kochi and I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was. From start to finish, it was a true delight.

Upon arrival, the friendly and efficient staff made check-in a breeze. The lobby itself exudes luxury and sets the tone for the rest of the stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was ready well before the official check-in time, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud - incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a spacious bathtub and a separate rain shower. The toiletries provided were of top-notch quality, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping that kept everything spotless.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet was a gastronomic delight, with a wide variety of dishes to cater to all tastes and the culinary experience was exceptional.

Overall, my stay at Niko Hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the stunning room and amenities to the exceptional service and dining, every aspect of my stay was flawless. I can confidently say that this hotel sets the standard for luxury and hospitality.

Its been a 3 days workshop we conducted for the young talented Physiotherapists at Kochi. The hotel is very clean, well arranged, the food, the service and especially the staff’s behaviour is excellent. For those who are looking for a hosting a event or either a stay at Kochi location, i would recommend this beautiful place on top priority.

Great location, room was cleaned and Wi-Fi worked fine - although a bit slow. Location is just perfect. Staff is the most friendly staff I have encountered in Kerala so far. Housekeepers are saying hello, front desk staff was great too from check-in to check-out. I’ll come back for sure. Nice coffee shop at the entrance with good latte!

Used to be a great place to stay. Had the worst experience this week. Looks like the owners are not around and the sheets and towels have stains.looks like they don't care anymore.

We had used toilet roll in our bathroom as well as dirty cutlery.

Niko is easily accessible to all and it provides a homely feel. The roof top dinning gives us a good vibe and it provides a scenic beauty of ernakulam. The indoor plants are nice and beautifully arranged. In case of cleanliness i rate 5 star for this. The panthal restaurant at the ground floor was good enough to spend the evenings with our families. The skilled use of indoors and outdoor plants bringing a stunning aesthetic appeal.

Last week I stayed in this hotel with my family. It is not a big hotel but the facilities are like a big hotel. Rooms are clean, Toilets are also good and clean. Friendly staff. The location is also good.

If you are looking for a feel at home place to stay in Kochi, Niko is the place to go. Super friendly staff, feel at home ambience and interiors, the place ticks in all boxes. Perched away from the crowded streets in a quiet neighborhood yet not so far from city's downtown is a big plus. Pandhal on the ground floor with alfresco dining is a must visit place. Will surely come back. 5***** to Niko.

The staff was the friendliest I've ever met at a hotel. They were always welcoming and inquired about our stay each time we entered the building. They were able to suggest restaurants for any food we required as well. Mr. Edward, the manager, is a kind and helpful person.
I suggest using this hotel for business travel and for crew members of ships.

Room was neat and clean initially, but bathroom had a leak and was flooded throughout our stay for a day. Had raised it with reception 3 times with no response. Plug points in the room was not working. Had to unplug the tv to charge mobiles. Asked for a water refill, the stopper of the bottle was broken.no response to the request to change. Luckily, stay was only for one night; else would have really been in a fix.

The stay at Niko Hotels was good. It was nicely maintained for a 3 star hotel. Ajeesh and Suma at the restaurant provided really prompt and good service at the buffet breakfast. Overall it was a pleasant stay!

Hotel was too good! The breakfast area on the rooftop is awesome, Rooms are perfect and well maintained, you can talk with friends in the 4th floor! One minus point is that in my room sometimes the flush was not working! But it will start working after some time. Except that every thing is fine and good and hotel employes are awesome and so friendly.

A convenient place to stay. Beautiful ambience with a great cafe at the ground floor. Loved the free laundry service and the cosy breakfast area on the rooftop. Friendly staff.

It's a great place to stay. It's clean and the services were excellent. It's a four star hotel with friendly staff and good service. It's worth the money I paid. If I have to find a negative point, then it would be the size of the TV. TV is like 21 inch. Otherwise, the hotel is good for family. There is a bakery attached to this hotel which is good too. Opposite to the hotel there is a super market too. Over all It's really good.

There is a unique charm about Niko, over last couple of years it's become like a second home. It's not just the hotel, but the team that runs it too. From the front office manager to the senior manager, even the housekeeping staff, they always have a smile and a warm greeting for you. God bless you all.

Nice, neat and clean rooms

The room was not at all to the mark. There are other 4star hotels like Coral that offers premium rooms with similar price range. The room was neat n tidey but with a little local setup. The cupboard was very messed up and the room too small. The service was good and they have pandal shop at the ground floor.
