Yesterday I purchased a three burner stove (Preethi) worth 5k plus and a rice cooker worth 1.5k plus. Rice cooker handle was broken.
And one burner of the stove has defect.
I will update after consulting with them this evening (20/7/23)

20/7/23: Went to Nikshan Electronics to inform and replace the rice cooker. They took it positively. Except for a sales girl (she was smirking controlling her laughter during the entire conversation).
Stove error was resolved upon their guidance.
The cooker was replaced with a good one.
Pls take note of the common casual errors.

Very bad service provided by you, an IFB washing machine I purchased at Vatakara on 31 08 23. But it delivere on yesterday. The technitian is not com yet 19 09 23 at 7PM

After the purchase of an Oven, called more than 5 times the customer service, had to wait about 11 days to get an Oven demonstration.

We went from kasaragod, avoiding all the stores here at ksd, reason for it? Nikshan has the best collection in north kerala, purchased a 4 door LG refrigerator, 65 inch samsung tv, kitchen appliances and 2 Air conditions, great service, great employees, anwar took care of us through our half day shopping.been shopping at nikshan for few years, our family destination for electronics and house supplies, delivery next day on time inside the house.would recommend nikshan to all.

Purchased a 65 inch Haier Tv from nikshan and using it for only 7 days the Board got damaged and after calling continuously the tv got replaced after 20 day. Still the tv is in the box and we have no use in it. Every day when we reach out the customer care their reply is that we will get back to you as soon as possible.its been a week since the item got delivered. Worst after sales customer service from nikshan electronics.

Think twice before buying anything from this shop
. They have poor customer service. I'm sharing some of my experiences, 4 years ago I bought a cooking range after 1 year it stopped working. Then we called the customer care services they told they will take care of it, but no one came for servicing. Then I had made may efforts for the servicing. I personally went there to complain about this. But so far there is no response from them.
Again last week I purchased a laptop (Dell) which costs around 39,000. They tried to cover up the problems associated with the laptop. As usual after coming home the lap is not working properly and there is also heating issues. We personally went there but only after that they told it is usual to have these problems. If they had notified these issues in advance I would never proceed to buy this product.
Also the staffs attitude is not good.
I'm really disappointed.

About my experience it is too bad experience.iresposiblity people's are working there.tody I got bad experience they orderd product from Voltas. We were two people we came here mornig at 11 am but there wasnt anybody till 3 pm after 3.30 union people came they unloaded 7 vehicle then they have gone. At that time we asked about our load for unloading. They said union people are gone you have to wait tomorrow then we waited for any update for happen.about 6pm 3 big vehicle came ther were load more than our vehicle.at the same time we asked about our load they told me There isnt any place for VOLTAS so you have to wait to tommaroww theas type of irresponsible people are working here. Don't buy any product from here they will not give any god service for you don't wast your time ther is lots of electronics aplaiance shop. When you order you have to create space for keep that stuff. Will you built home buy after Ac no it is not possible. I definitely say hear in godawn they are irresponsible personse. If you want to grow your company change your staffs.

Had received very good support in the past. And this is the main reason for shopping at Nikshan.

I visited two times here. But most electronics items are not available. Stock is limited to few brands only. Once I came here for JBL flip 4 but price was little bit high compared to online, next I came here in search of body trimmer from popular brand Philips but again they didnt have much stock, I asked them about if the same will be available in the next few days. They couldn't answer. Better purchase from online.

Delivering the model which is kept in the showcase of fridge, TV, Washing machine. Nadilath G mart has more models and rate is also less. Nadilath sending the product from stock and not from show case.

Earlier times, they are the best seller in kannur. Now a days they are selling in higher price. Can't getting the company offers and gifts after making payment. Their managers are making customers fools by deducting the selling price. I cant recommend this place.
