Quality of food items have gone down. The Chicken curry ordered was rubbery and no good. Guys maintain quality and hygiene else.

You should ask for the price of the food and drinks you eat, otherwise they will kill you without giving you water (a Sharjah shake is not more than 80 rupees anywhere, but here you have to pay 110 rupees 50 paise.

Brought onasadhya from nila. The taste was below average. Its just like an unprofessional teams work. Better consider another restaurant

It is a old hotel. They have out door catering also. They have a/c rooms also. They serve veg and non veg food.

It's in a prime location in the town. There is parking available at the rear of the building, you can drive through the entrance of the building complex to get there, thankfully, there is a security guard posted to guide you. There are AC and non-AC dining areas. Non-AC section is an extension of their bakery shop so there is always some movement around you and constant noise, its not peaceful. We sat in the non-AC section. The AC section goes by another name (there is an entry from the Non-AC section as well as a separate entrance from outside to this section) and the ambiance is quite decent. However, the food is nothing to write home about. It's not poor quality but tastes like it's made by people who don't care very much about food. It would have been acceptable if the dishes were reasonably priced, but for the kind of food on offer, it is overpriced. Ordered takeaways and they took more than half an hour to get it ready (did not taste like it was freshly prepared, either). This restaurant needs to up its game considerably.

Nice dishes porotta was good tried 3 juices orange apple and choclate all of them tasted good. Chicken puffs was also good.

Worst place to have food.unhygienic kitchen I was able to see glance of it. If by any chance your stomach gets upset. Don't be surprised.

Onceup on a time it was My favourite place. They have renovated the place to look modern and lots of selection available here. It's a nice place to have food and bakery items

One of the worst hotel ever. Cheating the customers with fake price mentioned in the menu. Today i bought pepper beef which cost 120 in menu but the bill amount was 520. When asked the waiter told me it's quarter beef. So 120*4 =480 for a beef full is unbelievable. And when asked about the math the casher and waiter were speechless. When asked them why didnt he inform us about the price before taking the order he was numb and told that we ordered for full in which nowhere it's mentioned as full in the menu. Pakka fraud resturant with an absolute fraudulent waiter thinking he is too smart! Worst!

Good bake housesl and hotel in ottapalam. The bakery has cakes, cookies, biscuits, confectionery, savoury. They also accept orders and deliver them on time. The restaurant is also good and has south indian, chinese, arabian, north indian cuisines. But still the bake house needs a makeover in terms of its presentation and looks.

This is one of the oldest restaurants in Ottapalam and used to be one of the best in its field. Even now it is the best in terms of a bakery with great variety of sweets and snacks and cakes. However the food, here is, as far as I am concerned, not good enough! They might have to change their cook or something! And now renovation works are going on and if you are dining in Non A/C, its such a bad experience!

I ordered rice and fish fry one day and they took order. I waited for 17 minutes and one guy came and said this. Sorry today we do not have rice. Can we get biriyani and fish. What an awesome customer service! That was my last visit to this place.

This is the worst restaurant in ottapalam. Food tastes pathetic and mostly all of dishes have a similar flavour they need to have a good chef for sure. And you need to be really patient here they take ages to serve you this good for nothing food. Too costly as well. So I would say its always better to avoid this place

It is good they have done some work and it is good now before it used to be wires hanging all over the place now its much better. But actually there is a ac room which is like a 4 star hotel it is so nice but the only problem is the food quantity is so low

Myself & my dad was in to this place 2days back, we ordered two veg rice & two tea Bill was something up to rs300, do not if this was a five star hotel or TAJ service. Zero percentage customer service do not how to handle customers who are seated or wanted to be seated. Very expensive price wise not worth for what we pay, quality not up to mark. I asked the counter guy why this bill is so much he answer it’s because of GST but funniest thing is GST on bill is only 12rs I had no time to fight there was busy with a appointment had to rush out sadly.
I do not recommend this place to any of my circle. Please do not waste your money try some where else.

Excellent eating experience.from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, seated and drink order taken, was maybe 20 to 30 minutes. Food was served hot & delicious. Waiter was very friendly and helpful.

Me and my family had gone to this restaurant 4 days back. We enjoyed our lunch and paid the bill. It was only after we reached home we realised that they had added Rs 260 extra in the bill which we didn't order. We couldn't do anything about it. We are at fault but not entirely. This is a clear case of cheating

Good non vegetarian food. Non ac restaurant and so a bit hot. Parking is free but the staff will try to fool you by hiding how to reimburse the fee.
