We had a good massage here. Manager Jayan is very friendly and he explained about various massages. The masseuse was very experienced and did the work. They have very big parking area also. Its situated near a restaurant. Very convenient place.

The worst spa feel I get their. Rooms are not clean staff are not we'll trind. Not clean their steam bath box.spa package are truely expensive. Oil are not hyghgine it's cooking and shelting by drity place. And the potly (kizhi) making he telling it's medicine but it's smell like normal wood powder. Im not sure it not medicine, Towels are completely derity it's look like kitchen towel or flore clean towles. Toilet are completly smelly and full off foot mark I get the spa room inn down it's like a godown not secure and safty. I can't give the one star all so for ur service and beheving ur treat off gust vaste off time and lost off money. Their giving one booking time and the maneger taking advance also but we correct time coming and he telling wait fore 10 minit but we are waiting around half-hour and we get the bad wibe at their I not suggest that useless place for other gust.

My special thank to ur staff Vismaya, she really very polite and did a very good job and i felt so relaxed and comfortable. Thank you for Vismaya again.

Worst massage experience I have ever had. Manager is very unprofessional & does not listen to feedback, even when regarding women’s safety.
During my massage I heard a man’s voice outside of the room whilst completely undressed on the bed receiving my message. When I raised this concern to the manager after my massage he told me that it must have been a child playing and would not listen to me. I assured him that it was a man’s voice & that it made me feel very uncomfortable as a women. My husband was also receiving massage at same time in another room. At 7pm my massage had finished & they told me my husband would just been another 10 minutes. He told me the waiting room was full inside the spa (it was full of children & random people) & told me to wait outside the hotel next to the Spa. I was covered in oil and felt very uncomfortable surrounded by strange men that I did not know. After 55 minutes my husband had still not finished his massage (he had to change rooms after hearing lots of disruption during his massage) I had to beg them to go and get my husband as I was feeling very unhappy and uncomfortable and wanted to go home. After paying for my massage (in full) I tried to speak to the manager about my concerns around safety. He was laughing and speaking in his mother tongue to the random people sat in the waiting area behind me. I left the spa in tears, it was a very stressful experience. Please do not go here, especially if you are a women.

After we told our airbnb host about this experience he spoke with the manager who offered us a full refund, but I am still very unhappy about this experience and would NOT recommend Nile Ayurvedic Spa to anyone.

If I could give this negative stars I would. If you know anything about basic massage or anything about Ayurveda you will know that this place is a scam! Started off with the rooms looking nothing like pictured, they take you down in a shady basement that does not feel safe or look safe/sanitary at all. It is the basement of the parking garage downstairs.

The room did not have any spa aesthetics or any feel of a spa or massage room, it was dirty.
The massage itself was the WORST massage I have ever had. She did not know the basic components of what the oil contained, and proceeded to use excessive oil and just move it around with her hands with no pressure. You can learn better massage techniques off YouTube. The room provided no blankets or heating so you are laying on a hard table with no covering for privacy. It was so bad I had to cut my massage short and leave. Would not recommend if you are looking for a genuine massage place that provides actual therapeutic properties. It is definitely a scam!

My first massage experience is from Nile. The service is awesome. You will not regret going there.

My munnar journey has been a memorable event in my life. A good part in my munnar journey is in nile spa. The staff and their services are good. If you go to munnar just go there it would be wonderful.

I send my parents to have ful body massage and steam bath as recommended by owner and really they came out so happy and rejuvnated. More than expected highly satisfied.please go and try its must to have.

Great experience! Proper ayurvedic massage with ayurvedic oils. Had massage after a tiring day. Very Relaxing and refreshing. Must try if you are in Munnar.

This was my first ever massage in my life. Nile Ayurvedic Spa is the best massage that I have experienced in my life. Mr. Sujoy, my masseuse was very professional, experienced and superb.

Really nice spa center. Done spa many times here. Vismaya who works here is excellent masseur.

It was Really very nice experience, Vismaya was very nice. She did massage the exactly same way I wanted. It is best place to take massage in Munnar I would say. Must visit.

Honest review:
I opted for Abyangam + Kizhi therapy + Steam and foot reflexology. It was an amazing experience. Must try if in Munnar.

Vismaya did my massage and therapy.
She is very good with her job. Also learnt some Malayalam and it was really fun.

Suggestions:
Room Ambience can be improved.

My experience was very bad. The attendant only rigorously rubbed oil all over and hardly did any massage. Head massage was more like a oil champi. I had done oil massage in Thekaddi during my last holiday in Kerala and that was so good.

This time I was totally disappointed and unlike other reviews posted for this place, I would not recommend this plc. The lady could not even tell what oil it was and ingredients it had.
Not worth the money!
