Nilgiris Supermarket

Nice place to buy groceries and good quality of grains and pulses. Vegetables are usually very good but onions and potatoes are mostly bad.the packagings of a kilo of these usually contain atleast 2-3 rotten ones (and this is seen as a practice everywhere) better buy them elsewhere or pick each ones carefully.

I am a company sales executive. If the company wants to release the product for Onam at Sreekaryam Nilgiri shop, the company has to pay a bribe of 25000 rupees to the manager here. We did not give, so our product will not be available in this shop from now on

Update - Thanks to the management for responding to my previous review. They have taken measures to ensure that proper packing service is provided at the billing counter. There is a notable improvement in the behaviour of billing staff. Keep it up.

This super market has a good collection of imported and desi items. Their fruits and vegetables are also fresh and good. But they could offer some customer loyalty programs as well. I find it challenging that they don't have one.

A nice supermarket with ample parking facility and is a one-stop shop for all grocery items. They have packaged & frozen food of various brands available here. They also have a dedicated vegetable & fruits section which is well-maintained with fresh produce that are hand picked. The fruits seem to be pricier than the ones available from small roadside outlets. As can be expected, evenings from 5 to 7pm seem to get busy, especially on Fridays & weekends.

All in one shopping mart. You could find farm fresh fruits and veggies. They also have a cafe inside for quick bites.

Bad experience!

Not so good attitude of security.

They've limited parking at the front.
So was asked to go to basement for parking.
Security at the basement discouraged using elevator as the visit is to supermarket.
After purchase, i asked if I could take shopping cart to parking. Security at supermarket door discouraged. His point was to carry everything by hand leaving the cart at shop.

Was a real pain hand-carrying many small items held together using both hands at the same time managing my toddler.

Never seen such customer unfriendly attitude in any shops visited.

Will not shop here again.

Sreekaryam Nilgris security personnel at the entrance of the shop lacks a conciliatory attitude towards the customers. They are supposed to maintain a helpful demeanour towards each of the customers. The security guard should remain congenial and provide guidance. Since security guards are often a person’s first experience with visiting a shopping centre, they’ll want to make sure they represent the best the business has to offer.

A good supermarket with almost all things. Almost all kinds of groceries, bakeries, stationary, electrical and crockery items are available. Best place to buy fresh Fruits and vegetables but it's a bit pricey compared to other marts.

A combination store for clothing, grocery and electronics. The lift from basement just confusing. Staffs, though didn't see many at grocery side in the evening, were very helpful to clear the doubts and to find the items required. There was no pressure to buy the paid carry bag, very rare to see that now a days. Parking for cars on front side is good, but the absence of any signboard will cause sort of confusion today bikers ayo visit for the first time

I have been visiting Nilgiris from my home 7kms away each week because of its fresh quality and variety of fruits and vegetables. The Nilgiris brand of food products is well known already for its quality. The staff are helpful usually. Having Ambrosia and Max as well as QRS inside the same building is a big bonus when with family! Only improvement required is they need more cashier counters and some staff only to help with carrying bags to vehicles.

The worst shopping experience ever. The salespeople aren't helpful at all and have no idea of items in the store nor are they willing to help you locate them or get them for you. Any ordinary shop will treat you much much better

It's a combination of Nilgiris QRS Max and a small ambrosia outlet. Have enought parking facility.

Just love the experience there. Really hazzle free shopping. Should commend the effort put in by the security chettanmar to reduce the traffic. Fresh veggies and fruits. However, would love to see paper bags insead of plastics.

A very good supermarket with almost all products available. I especially love their vegetable section, it is nicely maintained and has all kinds of veggies and fruits including the exotic ones.
One star I am removing as they need to improve the parking area for scooter.

Vegetable/ fruits section is good. U'll get fresh items there.
But the price is too high for all others. Thank god they don't charg more than MRP

Nilgiris will provide you with a good shopping experience. You can get fresh vegetables, fruits, groceries and other house hold items.

You will get all types of vegetables, which are available in market as well as some items which are not readily available in market like brocolli, lettuce, etc. Similarity you will get all sorts of fruits including imported ones. The price is reasonable and worthy.

You can get all sorts of grains, cereals, flour, milk, curd, butter, soft drinks, fruits juices, chinese items, sauce, biscuits, snacks, etc.

Beside Nilgiris, you can electronic items from qrs and baked items as well

Don't go to this store for a full shopping experience. Stocks are limited, scattered, kind of mix and find experience. The area utilisation is poor. You may need to run around too much to find what you need.

Well organised. Clean atmosphere. Courteous staff. Quality fruits and vegetables.
I could have given 5stars, if there were good fresh-up facilities and enough parking space

. A little high priced than local market.but quality is there.
Red chilli is not available in loose.u ll get only in big packet.
