Been a regular customer here. The place has changed a lot, from above to below.but the service is very competitive and professional.

Niram studio was once very professional, but now their service is very pathetic. Front desk staff is very irresponsible and least bothered about customers.

I approached them for a passport photograph. They are very professional, knowledgable and quick in service. Highly recommend.

I requested digital copy of PP which is 2 years old and they send to me with out any hesitation also they are pros not charged for the same too thank you Mr. Subhash and Team!

Niram Studio became a part of our happy moments on the occasion of the Betrothal and the Wedding Reception of our dear daughter. Even for other occasions we have enjoyed their best service. This studio has all latest technologies. The rates are comparatively low.

Very disappointed with the simple work I have given to them and they asked for an expensive amount to take printout and frame it. Later the evening they have send the soft copy and it was really waste of work. That work can be done by a kid in their mobile. The staffs doesn’t know anything about how behave to the customers. As a reason they claimed that the editor who was new in this field. Please ever never go to Niram Studio Kakkanad. It’s a waste of time and money.

Nice experience altogether. Going and getting a picture clicked and processed was very fast and convenient. I was in a rush that day so the quick process was a help.
Much later when I needed a soft copy of the same, they sent it to me without any hassle.

Very poor customer service. Rude behaviour of the team. Will not recommend anyone to visit the place. Waste of time

A place, once had a reputation, and now with a bunch of irresponsible people. No one with any responsibility. They have no idea about the photographs to be delivered. Had sent the photo itself back to them through WhatsApp to check if the requested framed copy of it is ready. The framed photograph was hanging in front of them for 4months and no one cared to respond. Be very careful and sure about the advance you pay. They may not have any record of your payment.

Experience was good, one person was doing all the work, like clicking photos, editing, printing, cutting etc which in turn delays the whole process, we had to wait for around 40 mins to get the passport size photo done, and the charge was exorbitant. Never expected this high price for such a small size photo.

Very fast turn around time. They will keep photos ready if we send soft copies by email. Good and customer friendly staff.

Great place. I had to get a item printed quickly and in a specific way. They helped me rush things and even delivered the item after closing time. Awesome customer service.

Very nice employees and they take good photos. Helps us to take print of photos if we share the photos to their email id. We can even call them and inform that we have sent soft copy via email and they will keep it ready when you reach studio.

It is a tastefully done place different from the run-of-the-mill studios that we are familiar with. The actual studio is small but more than enough for the purpose and it’s been made with maximum utilisation of space. The staff is very helpful and even recommended the kind of photograph that might be needed for my particular need based on their experience.

I have been a customer for close to 10 years now and I have always received the best quality photos, on time, and more importantly I look good in all of them (which I'm sure is very hard to accomplish)

It's a good studio. You don't have to wait for long which is always a bonus. That's all about the studio.

Generally the goods and services of the firm are of good standard and staff and management are customer friendly.

A decent studio in kakkanadu area. A little wait time on busy hours. Number of in house stafs seems one or two only.

I would crate 5 star for their services, they come out with awesome clicks. Kids photo s were taken here and all of it came out really well. Lots of efforts were taken to get smiles out!
The only drawback I feel is in climbing to stairs vto reach the studio.
We had taken passport photos of kids an year ago, upon request they emailed us the pics an year later too.
So my Go to place for any photographs is niram studio.
