A rejuvenation package should not be less than 14 days maybe even lesser for a few, but don’t expect rejuvenation in 5 days, that’s not how it works. If you truly need rejuvenation, set aside 10 to 14 days, let the ayurved (doctor) decide. Approx 7000 rupees per person all inclusive per day. Worth every penny spent for rejuvenation.

When I was searching for authentic Ayurveda Treatment, a friend suggested this Hospital. At the end of my treatment, I wondered why this Hospital didn't figure in the google searches - then I was told that they are very busy with the personal references like in my case and hence didn't care much about the social media publicity.
This hospital is housed in a very traditional Kerala house and staying here reminded me the good old days in Grandpa's home. In this vintage building, they provided all present day amenities like Air-conditioners and modern toilet and bath facilities. The house itself is in a vast expanse with lots of greenery. You can practice yoga in a gazebo with the chirping birds providing you the background music.
The treatments are provided by following the expert advise of the Senior Doctor, an MD in Ayurveda with over 43 years of experience and who was previously the Principal of a reputed Ayurveda College. His traditional and authentic recommendations will be followed up by two young and enthusiastic resident doctors who are on duty 24X7.
All the Therapists are very well trained in the Traditional ways of therapy. The food provided conforms to the requirement of the traditional Ayurveda therapy.
The owners as well as the entire staff showcase the excellence in Hospitality. The staff are very punctual and give the medicines / concoctions, all meals on dot at the prescribed time. Whatever be the hour of the day - they are there to serve the inmates with a smile.
If anyone is looking for authentic Ayurveda treatment, they can get that and much more by way of a comfortable stay in this pristine retreat.

Lot of places for Kerala ayurvedic treatment. Why Niramayam. Friend suggested and got to pen my own experience. Marketed only through reference, it's a place authentic in every way, be the place built with intricate craftmanship in every corner of the house, kitchen, rooms, art works, be it the food prepared and served according to treatment procedure, be it the service with 2 resident doctors, treatment boys and girls, l soon sunk in to feel that l am in second home with good all round care and the sense only grew more stronger in 3 week period l completed the treatment. The treatment itself was consulted, administered and regularly monitored by senior visiting doctor who understands evey bit of ayurvedha medicine and more the person getting treatment. The positivity of treatment, service, care all worked together in tandem to got me much better than day 1. I am still in the treatment procedure and l trust the treatment gets me completely cured without any need for surgery.

Came here for Abhyangasnana (full body oil massage) because my relatives recommended them highly. And truly, it was most pleasant experience. The people were warm and welcoming, and the two therapists who were assigned to me did the most wonderful job and with utmost diligence and care. I definitely recommend, and really liked the overall ambience of the place too, though I did not stay over.

It‘s my third year in this traditional place for ayurvedic treatment. They improved the quality of my life so much - i‘m really thankfull.
