Had porotta and beef roast. Excellent food and customer service. Watch out guys, porotta is a bit big. So order 1 first and then order again if needed.

Yeah, I tried their famous biryani, and it’s actually quite good. It has a unique flavor and it’s a bit spicy too. The price is reasonable, and it’s easy to locate. Overall, it was a great experience at NMR Biryani House in Palakkad.

NMR biriyani here is a must try. Another suggestion is fried rice. Suggest to park at opposite side of the road as it's difficult to get a space in front of restaurant.

Its very much famous for Rawther Beef Briyani, Chinese food not good, Chicken and Mutton Briyani also not good.

It's quite congested and hot since exhaust from kitchen is directly coming into the dining area, and the lighting is quite gloomy too

Pls don't go for any dishes which is mentioned on today's special. As all the dishes they put on board is useless. Thalapakat biryani was the spl dish mentioned on the board which I ordered was super flop. They will serve you boiled chicken with rice. Rest are good to say

Worst biryani i ever had.they serve so called thalassery biriyani being from thalassery I never had that type of thalassery biriyani.yet the name is biryani house but the worst biryani in town with too much masalas

I was a frequent visitor of this place during Ramadan last year as I would come here most days to break my fast. The food is quite tasty especially appam but the curry serving is a little more than required in quantity and the food is not cheap. Still if quality of food and service is what you are looking for this is a good one

Nmr is known for Nmr special biriyani. Actually this biriyani is also known as rowther biriyani. But quality is not good.

Biryani special restaurant in palakkad. No privacy at all. Services provided by the staffs are good. But the order taking person must friendly.

95 rupees for nmr special malabar biryani.adipoli/ superb deal. Bitiyani is also of good quality and quantity. Even in low budget hotel the prices are above 110 and they serve not good biryani. There are places where at the end of the meal customer feels both belly and mind full, this is such a place.

The food is. Their biriyani is the best in palakkad. Price is perfect for their food. If you want best biriyani go to NMR you won't regret. The ambience is also good

It was a very nice restaurant at the starting time. But eventually they reduced the customer care services as they gained popularity. But the taste of food is still the same.one of the best restaurant to eat 'biriyani'. If you have enough time and patience, it's worth for waiting to get a table.

This is new family restaurant started by NMR
biriyani team. Old NMR Biriyani which is just 1km apart from this. Heavy rush during lunch. They know how to treat customers. They were famous for their authentic Tamilnadu Style NMR Biriyani. I usually have Thalserry biriyani from here Rs 110, which is quite value for the money.

One of the best restaurant in Palakkad. I am giving rating 4 by considering both food and prize. Food is satisfactory, and prize is a little cheaper, so this suitable for budget family. Another big plus point is table service, NMR have very good staff who know how to behave.
Minus point is parking area. This restaurant has small parking area, around 3 cars and 10 bikes can park.

Visited this restaurant last weekend. We were asked to take the AC section in second floor although enough seats were available on non AC section. Apparently the menu prices are marked up in AC section. Coming to the food, it was good. We ordered biryani's and it tastes quite good and quantity was adequate for a person. I wasn't particularly pleased with the service though. I felt the server was too pushy. Overall, good food but bad service.
