Noor Mahal Restaurant

I had lunch here today. This is what i found in ghee rice, a pebble. I was surprised to see a pebble in ghee rice at such a fine restaurant. Seeing a pebble made me wonder about their hygiene. I did not finish the food.

Worst food. I ordered a chicken biryani from Noor Mahal. The food was bad and high price. Low quality food and it almost killed mee. I don't recommend anyone to order from this restaurant.zamzam is far more better than Noor mahal.now i suffering from loose motion.

I ordered alfaham take away and it was the worst alfaham I have ever seen in my life. The meat was totally burned and chicken used was too old and I think it is cooked in multiple times and reheated just before packing as the meat smells bad and dry.totally disappointed with the food. Sware I won't go there and won't let any of my friends to go there.

Worst food I had in recent times. We ordred hyderabadi biryani and alfaham thru Zomato. We got stomach ache and vomiting after having it. Looks like food was old, they just reheated and gave. Horrible experience!

Totally disappointed with the food and service. This restaurant is situated in between two Zam Zam restaurants in Palayam. So accidentally entered here thinking that it is Zam Zam. The restaurant was completely empty at 10PM.
We ordered American Chopsuey and Shawaya. Both dishes disappointed us. The quarter Shawarma quantity was very less. Taste wise also it was not that good. We will not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the worst experiences. There is hardly any space to sit comfortably and during rush hours this makes matters worse. Due to the space constraints they even have seats near the washroom. Now coming to food, you will find the same quality which costs less in other restaurants.
Please avoid. Not recommended at all.

Very bad, placed in between the zam zam restaurant. Food was very worst. I got chicken tamarind rice as chicken biryani. Restaurant was Not cleaned. Please don't go there.

One of the worst experience ever, food wasn't of expected quality. Interiors aren't maintained either. Poor toilet facility.

Worst customers service ever.
We ordered biriyani at the noon and had to wait for more than 30 minutes.

I swear don't go to this hotel, I went their by mistake because it is located in between 2 zamzam hotels and I realised after ordering food that it was not zam zam.the food was very pricey and not good atleast they don't even know how to prepare biriyani. I think my review will help atleast people to think twice should they go to this hotel or not.

Dining area is not clean, found cockroaches running around. Food found average and doesn't taste good.

This is in between the two zam zam in Palayam. Both the zam zam were crowded so we decided to dine here. The first thing you notice is that this place has only a few customers even though it has enough seating space.
We ordered the Dragon Chicken, Fried Rice, Butter Chicken and an ice cream. The food was decent but a bit pricey. The butter chicken was okay. The dragon chicken was good. Fried rice was a bit dull. And the ice cream was bad.
It is pretty okay, but since zam zam is next to it, they need to up their food taste and quality.

The mixed fried rice was one of the worst delicacies I had in my life. The rice was overcooked, meat undercooked and the oil was low. There were too many of them waiters.

It's between two zam zam restaurants. Don't get in this restaurant by mistake. It will be the biggest mistake ever

Very Poor Food. I ordered Beef Biriyani and tandoori and had the worst food in the recent time. They just give me beef curry spread over rice and told me this is Beef Biriyani. Lol. I told them I ordered Beef Biriyani and not Rice and curry mix but they were not admitting that. They said this is how beef biriyani is served as if I was having it for the first time.

Food was worst. Bad customer service and hygiene. Overall below average set up. Never visit again

I gave 1star because there is no option as zero stars, It's a request my friends.please don't go there.very very bad customer service.and it take so many time to get food to table yesterday (may 27) me and my friends visited for having lunch.it takes more than 1hr to get food.the stupid behaviour of the one staff.i don't know his name. He is the one who taking orders with a stupid behaviour to customers.i give rating as like ambiance. 3stars.food. 2 stars.customer service 0 stars worst hotel ever. Zam zam restaurant is more better than this.

Ordered chilli chicken and fried rice. Food quality was pathetic, didn't have value for the money spent. Will never recommend to anyone. And they asked me and my friend to change seats to make room for other people to dine on the same table which was for four people.

I have ordered food from noor mahal from swiggy. Not at all organised and they told the delivery partner that it will take 1 and half hours for cooking the food. So why did they open the booking charts. Be organised. Rest everything good will follow. Take this as lesson and never repeat. Thankfully Swiggy delivery partner and customer service were good.

Food was tasty but the arrangements are not that much impressive. Please do not let your customers to ask you for taking orders. Repair AC on the first floor or do some arrangements. In this summer time it is very difficult to sit and have food in a closed room without AC.

Except these issues I did not felt anything bad. Clear all these issues ASAP and then this will be a better restaurant in Kollam Bypass. Best of luck.

Tbh, I had to wait for about 5 mins before a menu card was placed. It was really exhausting to wait 15 mins for a juice esp after a long tiring walk.
Though the items were good, the service was not the best.
Yep, I still would definitely come back here

The worst experience I ever had. After a very long break of having food from hotels due to Corona, I was craving for a Shawarma, and my husband went to Zam Zam but since it was over there, a guy came and took the order from this hotel and delivered the Shawarma. My husband came home with the Shawarma within 15 -25 mins and we had it. It was clearly evident from the first few bites itself that the chicken and the vegetables were stale. And after few hours I started feeling ill. One humble request to the owners of this hotel, please don't do such nasty things to your customers just for the sake of your profit.

Was really tired, hungry and thirsty on friday mid noon. All other restaurants had only parcel service. The only restaurant open was noor mahal.just went to drink some juice. But.
Excellent customer service.which is the only reason we have pineapple juice, biriyani and falooda. Special Falooda was ok for the price (rs. 75).

Was neat and clean.good ambience. Paid parking was avaialble.so overall 5 stars.

They turn off the AC in family room when customers get inside it.
Wash area was very bad in condition, pipes are not working.we have to use water stored in a barrel near the tap

Worst service. We have actually went for Zam Zam restaurant but unfortunately it was not open. So choose Noor. The food is just Okay but the restaurant is untidy and worst customer service.

Just a budget friendly restaurant. With just ok ok services and food. Not very spacious either. Some staffs are really sweet though.

Dragon chicken n Dragon beef were very delicious. I would definitely come back to try it again.

The food here is good and the competition with the nearby hotels rules out any compromise on quality and taste
