Norka Roots Certificate Authentication Centre

Last year, I went to the Norka office to get my certificate attestation. I had to wait for two hours before they finally called me in to submit copies of my probation certificate and higher secondary. At that time, they only gave me the probation certificate despite my urgent need to travel to UAE. I informed them that I had no time and asked if they could expedite the process. However, they told me that they needed to verify my certificate with the university. When I tried to follow up with them by phone, they didn't answer my calls.

Token is just a part of formality aa time is not enough our registration time is atleast four hours there is cost for it.

NORKA ROOTS has used the services of attesting the marriage certificate and birth certificate from the home department. About 40 days after receiving the certificate which was said to be 20 days, an employee called me and told me to come and collect the certificates. When I went to the office to buy it, another employee checked it and said that they had been returned by the Home Department. When asked the reason for rejection, they did not know the exact reason. One said that the problem is with the marriage certificate and the other said that the problem is with the birth certificate. After checking for two and a half hours, they finally realized that the problem was in taking a printout of one's birth certificate.

If there is a problem with the certificate, they should notice it when they first check it. They send it for attestation without doing anything, and when it comes back, they don't even understand what the problem is.

I canceled the application for attestation and applied for the cheque. Sign the check. He told me to come and buy it on Monday. When I went and asked on Tuesday they said they had not signed the cheque.
Totally irresponsible behavior was felt from the employees.

I have given my degree cirtificate and final year mark list for embassy attestation on September 2021. Stil I didn't get it back.they are not responding properly too

Norka roots, Calicut, is an organisation of unprofessional and irresponsible staffs. My wife had given certificate for qatar Embassy Attestation and got back the certificate after around three months. She was unwilling to submit the certificate for Qatar Embassy Attestation after HRD attestation, But one of the staffs forced her to submit the certificate by promising to be returned after attestation in one month. If she would have submitted the certificate for qatar Embassy Attestation to one of the private agencies after HRD then it would have received in one month. I would recommend only go for HRD attestation there as it is the only authorised agency for HRD attestation in kerala and opt for trusted private agencies for Embassy Attestation. If they cannot fullfill the commitment on time, why should they force to submit the document? Unlike Trivandrum centre manager, Calicut centre manager is an irresponsible person. When we cantacted to speed up the process, he just send an email to Delhi office to convince us that he had done something. Infact, he was evasive from his duties by saying silly excuses. The government must replace the existing manager by some other responsible person.

I reached with online appointment. No delay for authentication, Staffs are Very polite and helpful.

Norka Roots Kozhikkode office having 5 Air conditions in the main hall and they never turn them ON, while the public and candidates waiting even without a fan…. This is really showing their management irresponsibility.

And the same time, officers are having AC, s in their cabin…?

Opens at 10 am. The staff will call people, as per the token number on the online application. Some staff are very helpful and they will clear your doubts patiently. While some others are very arrogant. So its based on your luck, which staff will assist you.
NB: Even though itsnot mentioned in their website, they will ask for a photocopy of your passport and visa. So keep it with you.

Don't opt for return of attested certificate via SPEED POST if you want your certificates in good condition.look at what is the situation of my degree certificate. Possibly it is due to miss handling of speed post system. If possible collect certificates directly from norka. Attestation procedures and services are good.

Security staff opens the office at 8 Am.
Office will start only at 10 AM but we can take token from 8 AM onwards.

Nobody will pick the call for any general enquires, after may attempts they are keeping on busy mode.

The authenticity of this place is unquestionable. The place is pretty old dusty and not so good looking. But the service provided here is one of a kind. Well private agency will do the same and much more with almost double the money that is spent over here. But the process and authenticity will be questionable in that case. With such a wide range and variety of people approaching, I personally think the window for the number of people to be accommodated per day should’ve been increased much more.

Nice Service from Norka. Staffs are friendly. There is a Token system for smooth process. Its better to reach there early by 8AM & take Token from the Machine. So you can complete the process by 11PM.

You should submit all the necessary Certificates, Mark sheets, Original Passport and 1 set Photocopies of all documents for Attestation.

Many Photostat, Print shops are on ground floor. So you can take print if you forget to bring it from home. Shops opens at 8.00AM.

Here we have to select at least one star for review otherwise I could have given “0”, why still government services providing like munificence.if you want to attest certificate you have to kill one day.
