It was Amazing! Just Amazing! Atmosphere their tempting behaviour. And enthusiasm. Just WOW! Can't express wordsss!

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days. The room I stayed is very clean and tidy. The service is very good. This hotel located very near to the Ernakulam Town railway station. I recommend those who wants to visit Ernakulam may stay in this hotel. The hotel restaurant is also neat and tidy and hygienic and for those who stayed in the hotel are offered breakfast free of cost. Mr. Rakhsith who served me the food is very humble. Due to his multi language skill I don't face difficulties. He advised many tourist places which are really wonderful.

Stayed for a night and extremely happy and satisfied with the service and their behaviour. Very receiving and treat people like their guests. Complimentary breakfast was great.

Had an nice experience with staff's in North centre hotel. They treat their customers with respect and provide all facilities. And thanks to Rakshith for providing good breakfast.

Staffs are well co-operative. Breakfast is fine. Rooms are small and little dusty. Overall rating is Good.

Me and my family stayed for 1 day and it was our worst experience amongst all the hotels.
Following are the painpoints
1- In breakfast: tables were not clean
Limited food
Food not served hot
Limited spoons
2- Rooms: Seepage in washroom
Towels are not clean
3- No prompt services
I wonder how do they have such a good rating.

Hotel is okay okay type, Room service is nice but breakfast is not that too good and rooms are not clean and stinks badly and even hotel kicten is not that too good. Just a advantage is it is near to metro station As 2-3mins walking.

I wasn’t expecting much from the hotel at the price they offered, however to be honest I was surprised. Though I stayed there only for a night, everything was beyond my expectations. Starting from the front desk support (with special mention to Mr. Sadiq) to the condition of the room, the aircon, toilets, overall the experience was very pleasant. I would definitely stay here if I get an opportunity again and also recommend to others who are looking for decent well maintained hotels near Ernakulam north railway station.

An excellent choice to stay at if you're in town for business. It's close to the heart of the city and very near to the railway station. Rooms are well furnished and the food is great. Taxis, buses and autos are all around so you'll never have a problem getting to your destination.

What attracted me is the friendliness of the staff.
Though not managed very professionally, I was touched by the small small helps which the boys provided us during our stay.

The North Centre is an amazing place to stay in its very comfortable and clean. The hospitality was superb and since we were all girls staying on a business trip it was safe well. The hotel is situated centrally and made commuting very easy. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

A sweet and courteous staff, and comfortable place to stay. I really liked the rooms, simole and sufficient. The best part is the location, which is very close to the Ernakulam North Railway station and Lissie Metro Station.

The rooms are spacious and awesome. They adequate lights and they have Air conditioning and 24hrs running hot water. The staff is cooperative and also helpful. All you need is to check there CHECK IN time i.e. 12: 00 pm. The Hotel is good for stay with family and children. It is also centrally located.
