NSS Medical Mission Hospital Pandalam

Very poor service, First of all it is the counter where we contact for emergency and if a hospital can't pick up a call at that emergency time, then for what reason is the hospital responsible? The booking number provided is not responding at any time you call and also the reception, they don't even know about the hospital they are working in.
The physician (Vivek Doctor) and surgeon is really professional and I really appreciate the effort they take to check each and every patient with patience.

Some doctors are good and some are very bad. It all depends on your luck. The pharmacy and OP counter are horrible. Once you give your card to the OP counter it takes ages for the file to reach the doctor's office. If by bad luck the doctor has prescribed you some medicine then good luck getting out of the pharmacy in less than 2 hours on a normal day. The only time all these things take less time is during off peak hours usually after 2 to 4 pm.

Dont go here, its a non proffesional hospital. 24 hour hospital but, not sufficent staff for handling patients. Not a patient friendly hospital. Not even a bedsheet at casulaity bed.

Best and friendly doctor's and nurses ever meet in my life. (The nurse and doctor treated me is good and friendly I don't know about other's)

Some employee's behaviour are ok! But not at all employees like this!
Low facilities are provided in this Hospital.

In the worst hospital. The behavior of the front office staff is very bad. Even at the cash counter, there is no change to give the balance. In this hospital with a large number of patients, there is a long queue even at the pharmacy, and there is no system to control this. Even those sitting at the cash counter do not even know what the payment is for.

Worst Hospital. Poor reception staff. Very rude attitude. Also they are fighting each other infront of everyone. Doctors also not able to comment about the attitude of the reception staff. Not at all good. I will never suggest this hospital to anybody.

Comparatively better.

Patient's record keeping or the file management system needs a lot of improvement since it is not digitised yet.

Due to this we have experienced issues during the consulting. Some other patient's file was given to the doctor instead of ours. This happened twice in a month. Also have seen the same issue for other patient's too.

A humble request to the hospital administration to pay attention on this issue.

I never had such a bad experience.

Yesterday night my son (3 year old) accidentally put small paper in the nose, I bring him in the hospital. I think the doctor was sleeping when we arrive, she is not a good mood I felt, so she was trying to remove the paper from the nose. My son was crying and hit her hand, suddenly she stopped what she was doing and said you can bring him tomorrow morning or go to Medical college. We just left from there and find another one hospital, they removed in 1 minutes
Really this is the service from Multi Super Speciality Hospital.

You have to carry cash for any payments else have to share our credit card or debit card PIN details with the hospital authorities, which from my point not acceptable.
Reason told was about the COVID situation. They are taking card from me but not the machine for entering the details. In hotels they kept toothpicks for these things. Dont know why here there are no alternatives.

Punctuality is needed for doctors. Usg and ct scan's are slow even it's emergency. So you have to come this hospital multiple times for treatment. I don't suggest this hospital if you live far away from this hospital. Poor management. I have seen many disappointed patients here.

Kerala’s worst Hospital.
We came to see about a repeat prescription with Dr John Thomas.wait time 3 hours even though booked via telephone 24 hours ago.
The nurse in the room with doctor seemed incredibly rude to just about anyone other than their friends!

Unless you are literally facing death or your friends or relatives can give you a VIP treatment, don’t ever use this hospital.

OR have an NSS is endorsement!

Only good thing about this hospital is the proximity to main road!

Other Cons: 1) Staff are absolutely useless and untrained in very basic manners (unless you are their friends and relatives)
2) Waiting times are rediculous, people will die in queue before seeing their doctor.
3) Staff cannot count! YES 1,2,3.they simply cannot manage it for ordinary patients (VIP being family and relatives of hospital staff)
