No point in giving rating for a govt.office. Giving it anyway. Absolutely horrible service

Whenever there is a power failure, their telephone line is keep busy. Seems like they purposefully doing this. We have to endure this power failure 3 to 4 times daily. Really couldn't bear this. Particularly at night. Couldnt able to rest in peace in this Hot climate. Kerala Govt asks double the amount for each unit when you compare it with Tamilnadu. But No proper service here. Very Very Poor service.

Worst attitude I have ever seen. The staff is not attending the calls and when I visited KSEB pattoor branch on 14/04/23 night at 12.30 for reporting the power failure, the person who is attending the calls behaved very badly and he said they cannot come and check the problem due to Vishu. My grand mother is sick and I have six months old kid suffered a lot due to power failure and that staff is not even listening. At last he said he will send some electrician at morning 9 am. But no one comes here till 11 am. The power failure issue is still not resolved. I am extremely disappointed. I put this review just for notifying the concerned person who looks after the customer grievances.

Always busy when electricity failure occurs. Seems like they keep the phone off the cradle when there are some electricity issues to avoid answering.

Never picks the call and no response, as always no use of calling to the so called customer care number

Very bad service and not pick up call.full time activate another call.yesterday morning to evening no electricity same nyt 1 clock gone we are staying out side because that much hot what we do?

Govt office. Right beside the substation.
They have bill payment facility. Open from 8am onwards till 6pm.
Limited parking. It's a narrow road by the side of canal. So you can't park your cars there.

As usual another govt.counter without any facilities for costumers, no parking, any enquiry is answered carelessly, worst to avoid this they never pick up the phone.

No parking facility for 4 wheelers. Bill payment counter cam get really crowded in the forenoon session.
