Nicely run place. Well stocked.only for the serving and retired officers of Indian Armed Forces and foreign student officers.

One of the excellent grocery outlets. Very well maintained and managed. Good quality stuff. Exclusive only for Naval personnel of Kochi.

Decent range of products. A bit dated in construction now. Polite, helpful and efficient staff. Needs a facelift with toilets for visitors.

A good, well-stocked (usually) service canteen. It is cramped for space and as such is unable to display a large number of items on display at the Main Canteen.
The only 'fault' is that the Suggestion Book is somehow never available!

Defence canteen for officers. Nice ambience. CSD and non CSD items available. Staff very courteous.

Now a days, they are not allowing kids to enter. Here they have good collection of grocery. But we have to dependent another canteen near Sanjeevani for electronics, electricals and Clothing. Since they stopped allowing guest through the Gate near Veduruthy bridge, you can get guest pass only from the main gate.

INCS KOCHI (Indian Naval Canteen Services) Here we get grocery and Costly items only for serving and Ex- Serving persons and their dependents with their canteen Cards. And one thing here we can only get the items for officer's. Ex- service officer's and Serving officer's.

A well maintained canteen for defense officer's and their families. Well stocked with almost all the day to day items. The place is not too crowded and the staff is very courteous and helpful.

The various CSD canteens in bangalore could learn a thing or two from Our naval canteen. Such a pleasure to shop here.

Needs a LOT OF IMPROVEMENT in terms of availability of CSD ITEMS (excuse of NA by CSD is not tenable). In fact, we have reached a situation where the bulk of items on sale are NON-CSD. This situation is unacceptable.
Some one is NOT doing his job and needs to be taken to task.

In fact, it gives the impression that something unwanted is going on.
Every month we get the same old excuse that CSD is not meeting our demands. Either CSD should CLOSE DOWN, or the problem lies with INCS Cochin which is playing games.

We need to have a thorough investigation into what is happening. The turnover of Non-CSD items runs into crores. Is CSD being deliberately blamed?
Only an inquiry will bring the TRUTH out in the open.

There are myriad OTHER ISSUES, but, if the one indicated above, is addressed, we will be headed on the right path.
As it stands, INCS Cochin is a department store; nothing more.
