I had ordered cakes from oh my cake many a times and their cakes are delicious too. But the service they provide is the worst. When I called them for ordering the cake recently, they told they will send me the brochure so I can choose the cake which i prefer and then make a call back. Also, the person who picked the call told they have home delivery. Till EOD they didn't send me the brochure and when I enquired again in the morning, the same person pick the call and told they don't have cake delivery in the morning, they have it only afternoon. Pathetic service they provide!

A good place to shop for quality flavourful cakes of one's choice. I love the quality of their cakes and pastries, also they provide home delivery and also provide online order services. The shop has a good parking facility and the staff explained the specialty of the cake. They also have imported wines too. They are also welcoming to your suggestions for personalized cake design and flavor.

Not satisfied with the customer care. The cake is too costly when compared to other shops, with the same quality.

Disappointed with the service and coordination. Ordered cake and made payment. On the day of delivery got to know that the order was not placed but money got debited. It will be credited back in 7 days it seems.

I have a different opinion about the shop Oh My Cake because you disappointed us on our daughter's birthday. We already given a theme for the b'day cake and you provided us another cake with a simple design.

Red velvet was delicious, cake was soft and fresh, cream was light but a bit too sweet for me. We'll presented. All at a very competitive price.

Refrain from buying "pineapple unda", snack which I seperately bought.

The writing on the cake is always bad. They always mess with the spellings. Also the presentation is really clumsy. I have had several bad experiences of this kind. Just quoting an example, they wrote CONGRATIONS instead of CONGRATULATIONS, which was pretty funny!

Good service with a wide variety of cakes. Have parking facilities which is very helpful in rush during working hours. They have home delivery services.
