Olive International Pala

Don't have any good options for vegetarian food. We ordered boiled vegetables which had cucumber, carrot with pepper that's all. We ordered some rice. It was hard to finish
And then we ordered ice cream with fruits, he brought 2 bowls while we ordered just one. We asked him to use it

Service was really good. Customer service at front desk was courteous and quick. Room was just OK.

We missed the entrance gate at night, so it needs to be highlighted. Service.the waiters need to be more smart & not looking disinterested/ bored.chicken was tasty but not cooked enough.

I had stayed at Olive Pala for three days and my experience was terrible.
1. The room had a broken window and therefore the mosquitos were flying inside.
2. The bathroom sliding door was broken and May fall anytime on you.
3. The trash kept in toilet was having a broken pedal and cannot open it with pedal.
4. The kettle had a broken lid and it is really hard to use.
5. TV did not worked at all any days and not got repaired by the staff on time.
6. Cooler did not work at all.
7. The bathroom was not cleaned or hygienic and the buckets looked like has not changed for years.
8. Wi-Fi was not working and not stable.
9. Since the window was broken it was noisy and there was some procession happened during our stay and it even made it worse.
10. Overall it is not worthy for what you are paying.
11. It is costlier than the nearby hotels but lesser amenities.
12. Not recommended for IIIT students as the Wi-Fi will kill you with speed. So if you are planning to study there it is not going to happen.

The room was terrible, Not recommended for IIIT students as due to Wi-Fi issues.

Great location good ambiance quality food excellent service. Dropped in for a quick bite.will definitely visit again for a detailed experience

Very good place to stay in pala. Excellent staff service and manners.worth for what u pay.

Although Pala has many visitors everyday being the coaching hub of Kerala.there are not sufficient hotels available. This is an Ok option. Well located in Pala town, enough parking facility, rooms are without breakfast. Deluxe room are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly.

The view from the restaurant is spectacular. V had a small meeting and despite the time we prolonged our discussion. The staff were very obliging and courteous. Did not hve a chance to check on the menu elaborately but watever served was perfect neat and tasty

Nice location, good food etc are the positives of the place but with staff like restaurant manager george, who literally behaves like a thug, claims he has done hotel management (LoL) doesn't have any manners or courtesy in his behaviour. Went out to have a peaceful dinner outside. This chap screwed up the night for us. The waiter also bungled up something but was well behaved and apologetic for it. Well it's human to err and Mr. Cyriac, if you ever happen to read this post, get that culture less chap out or set him right if you have any value for your guests. As for me, First and last visit to the place. Please do not go to this place if you want peace of mind. Manager george is the worst thing that could happen to this place.

Had lunch, the fish platter, couldn’t have been worse - over fried squid, prawns and seer fish, nearly not worth. Overall, one of the worst restaurants around pala
