I had a very good experience with Olivia. Actually me and my kids have stiched dresses for a wedding in kerala cordinating with Olivia from Germany. When we landed everything was ready and was perfectly stiched.

Glamorous! That is what all my friends commented when they saw my blouses stitched by Biji! The embroidery done on the blouses were as beautiful as Biji's nature!

Delivery not in time.rude behavior.beads work on blouses can be done in excellent way with wrinkles on blouse, which is a fact that all customers should accept before placing work order with Olivia.
Beware.you are not allowed to question them, if their work is bad.

The lady biji vallavan is very rude to her customers.she doesn't know how to behave good to her customers.one of the worst designer in Ernakulam district.
Never ever expect timely delivery.
Chance of getting your dress in proper fitting is 50: 50.
She will have lame excuses if the work is wrong.
Anyway they won't accept their mistakes, but she want full amount.and the sad thing is dat I again gave my dresses for 2nd stitching in another shop bcoz of the imperfection.and this lady says that "she can't do anything for the imperfection and she want her money.that's it.she is very greedy.

The worst place on the planet. If you can’t do things properly then why do u have to take up commitments? Really regret going to a place like this. Firstly do understand that customers are the lifeline of any business, if u can’t treat them well.the. Pls stop doing this. We have phones for communication not to simply post pics or chat, when the customer calls minimum have the courtesy to pick up. Never ever going to this place.

Had a very bad experience with them. The owner is very rude and arrogant.she made a mistake and was not ready to accept it.she kept on blaming us for her arrogance and was neglecting the fact that we as customers have some pride.she behaves as if we are her slaves. Did not get my order done on the said date and she also changed the pattern i had told her to do.morover charged me double for her mistake.pls never go to this boutique.

Worst place with the most arrogant owner lady. I had a dress stitched there and not only did she not complete the work on time she behaves so rudely for her mistake of not remembering the delivery date.she never responds for the calls or msgs.we had to give nearly 3-4 chances to get the dress stitched.and that too just the day before our function.each time i had to take pains to go till her shop as the lady was never responding for the calls.she was totally arrogant in speaking and behaviour.
I had to pay 6000 rs for my top of which i was not satisfied in stitching. (but the work done ws excellent -thanks to the poor workers there)
Recommend to no one as its the worst place to go.

She is the worst business woman you can ever come across. Never pays any heed to customer. She kept my material unstitched until my due date and wen I called her up she kept delaying saying she wasn't well. I patiently listened to all this and finally after 3 missed dates I called her up after the last date she told she wud get my dress stitched and again she repeated the same old story. This roused some disappointment in me and I had to ask her why she was being so irresponsible. But I still don't loose patience with her as I somehow wanted to get it stitched. However from that very moment her tone changed. She started telling at me as if it was all my fault and she abruptly hung up my call. I tried calling her back but never did she pick up and finally I had to send her a personal wats app text saying I regret for deciding on her boutique to get my salwar stitched and that her behaviour and attitude was really disappointing.

Her immediate reply was " take back your material". This was something truly unprofessnal and unbearable as I cudn afford to take it somewhere else in a short notice. So I asked her to get it stitched in 2 days and that I don't have time to take it elsewhere. When I then visited her store, the designer lady arrogantly returned the material as I had handed it over to her 3.5 weeks back and just moved out of the store without even apologising or speaking a word. I had my friend with me who yelled at her for her attitude but she seemed totally careless and ignorant of all this.

I was pregnant and had this experience during this time. I dint shout or yell at her as this wud put negative energy on my baby and I just tuk it back and returned home. I ended up having nothing to wear as planned for my function and so thought of sharing this ever bad experience with all the impending customers to this shop.

I have had dresses stitched with alot of designers in and around ernakulam and this was my first time worst experience.

I truly recommend this shop closed as they don't want customers to bring their clothes for stitching here. Initially, these people there smile and greet us and treat us well and at the end just irrresponsibily lets us down and never admits their mistake too.

Its a true testimony that I wud like to share with everyone who are planning to go to this shop seeing her works and a few gud reviews which I suppose she herself wud have shared.

My friend later shared the bad experience she also had with this lady and her shop wen I said my story.

The worst tailor, she makes mistakes and never admit it or take the responsibility. I never recommend it to anyone.
