I did post delivery massage at Omkar and enjoyed the experience. The treatment included head and face massage, face pack, thirumu, kizhi, dhara. I also did lebanum for backpain and as well as hair treatment. It was a refreshing experience and used to feel rejuvenated after the treatment. The staff were also experienced and friendly. Will recommend.

I did post delivery care in this center. I should say that it was very soothing and calming to the whole body.
A whole body massage, Kizhi, Vedh, and hot water bath rejuvenates the body and gives a refreshed feeling.
After c section I had tail bone pain. The kizhi helped me relieve from the pain.
Doctor Unnimaya comes for regular checkups of the bath and she monitors and enquires on our improvement. The two girls Aleena and Suchitra are understanding and cooperative with the patients and do their job well.
I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to pamper and heal their body through Ayurveda.
